This app is really great, especially if your a "visual learner", like me... Learned basic self defense moves and kata forms, which l act out and rehears in a mirror. This helps me examine each move in detail and learn to improvise and combine unique combinations of forms. I use it as part of a hybrid Tai chi type low impact arobic exercise, in water and out of water. Like doing a karate kata but very slow, concentrating more on balance and free flow and articulation of movement.
