Martin Guitar Tuner

Pathetic tuner. Doesn't pick up tones half of the time and incorrectly determines pitch the other half. Better than nothing but not by much. Only saving grace is that it doesn't bombard the user with ads. Surprised Martin would put it's name on a product like this. Disapointing!

I suppose it might be better than nothing. But if it can't record the note the same way twice in a row, what good is it? Which reading do you trust? Tuned guitar with this app. Then verified with Intellitouch clip on and some strings were correct while others were flat or sharp. Removing this app. Will look for something more reliable.

I am old fashioned and like to tune by ear, matching tones, so I appreciate the ear trainer function, but that appears to work only in the standard tuning. When I set the tuner to another tuning and go to ear training, the app either quits or else goes to standard tuning ear training.

This is a joke. And the jokes on you if you download it. The worst guitar tuner I have ever seen.

Doesn't seem to work and accurately tune my instrument, just gonna go out and buy a tuner. I own an S8 this runs on.

This tuner is terrible. It bounces all over the place. And the app stops all the time. I have higher standards for products with the Martin name. Please fix.

Tuner It doest rate well stinks comparably to others. tuner dial is lacks response when tuning. Breaks my heart I was really rooting for it being I've owned a Martin for nearly 20 years

Found the tuner especially handy if my regular tuner is not wirh me, works really well, dont know why the negative feedback from some people, maybe they have a rubbish phone..

Very slow tuner. Takes an extremely long time to respond. Uninstalling. Will try it again in a few months.

Doesn't work, doesn't let you pick a specific string. Picks up stuff when there is no sound but won't pick up my guitar

Some annoying tuner issues, but can be resolved with the ear training function. Make the strings match with the trainer strings and problem solved. Thank y'all. Could y'all add a metronome? Maybe make this a one stop shop app

At first seeing that i own a martin i thought this app would work best. Im now downloading a diffrent app... enough said..

It worked for one day. 2nd day and it won't run at all... gets to the splash screen then immediately exits.

Simply frustratingly slow and unresponsive. If you are a new player, this app is not for you. For an experienced player/tuner, use it for tuning 1 string, but best to then tune the rest by ear.

Excellent tuner app since my natural hearing capability is in decline.

Liked all the other tips on there. But it really wasn't a good tuner

For a big name app, it feels the devs didn't care much. I hit my string 6 times in a row and the needle didn't move.

Glad the guitars are better than their tuner. This needs work.

The the app don't give priority to tuner as screen goes blank, it seems also to have the same ability as a deaf person!

Why wouldn't they make a great app it's not in them to make anything If it's not done properly

Wouldn't pick up the notes on my guitar. And I play a Martin ! Uninstalled.

Requires some degree of skill. Low level novice players have a hard time advancing in coin collection. (Especially if your win percentage is below 50%) Great and realistic physics. Hours of mildly addictive fun!

I expect a class act from martin, this is close but hangs up unpredictably, and would benefit from investment of talented person to tweak and perfect. Make it something Martin can be proud of.

Its never taken me 10 min to tune a guitar

Horrible tuner... it's slow and clunky, the high E doesn't work and it blows baby donkeys
