The app is not allowing me to order groceries...just put them in a list. I tried to email support but received notification that my email was blocked because access was denied. Not so great customer service.
App won't open all I get is a "Not authorized to perform, everyone " please help. I really like shopping at Martin's but being disabled I have to go other places to order my groceries
Cannot clip coupons. You clip it, it shows clipped, but go to your clipped coupons and it says nothing clipped. During checkout, nothing is clipped, but if you go to a product you clipped a coupon for, it shows it is already clipped.
Update Feb 2022 - I'm still having problems with the app. It crashes all the time. And some items in weekly ad cannot be chosen. Some digital coupons cannot be chosen. Very bad app. I love shopping at Martins but easier to shop at Meijer. There were 4 items in flyer on sale that I could not pick to order in the app. you have to browse and find a similar item and then put the sale price and actual item you want in the notes. very time consuming for an app designed to save the shopper time.
App crashed and cannot get it back. Uninstalled it and tried again. Still no app.
constantly crashes every page or button push. I tried to update everything I could so I could use the coupons, still can't use them. I feel like this app is still in heavy test mode. Thinking it was my phone, I put it on my computer via emulator and it still had problems. I really want to like and use this app as it would be so nice to have, but I just can't.
App doesn't work at all. I tried to sign up during the free deliveries in February, but all I got was error messages when trying to make an account or sign in as a guest. Finally got in as a guest, and the app kept crashing. I'll stick with the Walmart delivery app
Go back to the old app! This new app is ridiculous. It wouldn't let me sign in with the same username and password that I've used for the last 3 years, had to sign up for a new Martin's card, none of my clipped coupons ever apply to my groceries and I can only view the weekly ad every once in a while.
Horrible! This app doesn't load the sales fliers. I can not get past the first screen on any product. Can only find items if I put in each item individually. When is this gonna be fixed? This app has made shopping harder. Boo!
I loved the old app. But on this one you have to manually search each product you want to find and then you have to keep hitting the back button to get to the main page so you can even submit your order. I also couldn't get the weekly ad to pull up so I had to keep going back and forth to see it.
When placing an order, the only way to get to your cart is to hit the back button all the way through what you added to your list. The app also stops running when you try to edit your cart. You have to go back in from the search bar to edit.
Tried to sign in with account from Martin's Mobile App, failed. Tried to create new account, failed. Says to verify State/Region (Indiana) that I selected from a list; says that the 12 digits I entered for my Martin's card # is incorrect length. Better not deactivate the old app quite yet.

Create an account needs me to validate something but won't let me know what to validate. Fill in the blank part doesn't tell you what to fill in after you select your store and state. I tried zip code and phone number but I still keep getting "validate field". Not sure what field since the app doesn't tell me. So I can't create an account
The app is not user friendly. It is difficult to navigate, requires lots of clicks, slow response to clicks.
This app is incredibly slow and cumbersome. It takes forever for the ad to load and clipping coupons takes far too many steps.
I love the pickup. I can't walk in to the store at times and it's great that someone can do it for me and usually gets everything that I ordered correct.
I love this service! It does make shopping very convenient. The one complaint I have is that sometimes I do feel that items get missed.
App is not easy to navigate. Try to click on an item to adjust it and it won't go to the item or it shuts down. Not very user-friendly
I've been using Martin's To Go even before the pandemic. But it has been a life saver this year. They do a great job. Only complaint would be that sometimes they are out of items and you don't know that until your order is ready for pick up.
Updated app? Worse than before! Won't let me change my store, won't load the ads, freezes, not even worth using.
The app is not running properly. Ad doesn't show items on sale. Glitchy and makes it difficult to use app to shop.
I can't even sign in. Go back to the old app! It won't even let me create a account. It states that my card number is not correct. It is the one I have used for over 15 years.
I HATE this app! Navigating is a nightmare. I have never had an app as difficult to use as this. I'm uninstalling it as it's useless to me.

Love the service but the app is terrible. Not user friendly at all and crashes all the time.
Horrible it kept freezing anyway so I deleted and reinstalled then it wouldn't take my login information so reset my password took forever and many tries to get the link reset my password then tried again it won't even let me log onto the app. Also u would think that u could do the same in a web browser but nope so now I can't get my coupons. Nice work martins way to screw ppl out of money when groceries are already thru the roof.
