Limited usefulness. Allows clipping of coupons and they are added during checkout when card presented. But no way to view coupons selected. This causes you to forget which coupons have been selected. (And subsequently when they expire.) This is a big minus. If there was a way to view selected coupons I would rate the app as 5 stars.
I can't even create an account. The app tells me to put my personal info in. I enter it and it takes me to the next screen and asks me to choose my closest location and it completely freezes my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times in hopes it works but still can't get past the second screen.
BAD experience. There are 2 apps with Martin food store title. Got the correct app and couldn't get past creating an account before the app crashed. Crashed 3 times and I gave up. Your company is making it extremely difficult for customers to acquire savings. The instore process to get an advantage card alone is extremely tedious. If i were elderly, this would 100% deter me from shopping with Martin's. Cheaper and easier to go else where for same/better quality. LG G7
Difficult to use. Impossible to get digital coupons. Access Coupons leads to endless circular cycle of Filter Categories. Never was able to locate coupons for the items I was standing in front of that had tags showing Digital Coupon Savings. And seriously: now I need Digital Coupons?! You'd think people who can't afford smart phones and those who are older or less Tech Savvy might benefit most from the extra savings. So not worth the frustration.
Great for getting the sales ad. Digital coupons do not work on some phone. It does not allow geolocation to be enabled on those phones. Certain tabs don't work as well or say "work in progress". There is some room for improvement.
I can't load my advantage card to do the click and save stuff, it won't do a lot of things you'd think you can do in an app like this, it's overall worthless. When it says "work in progress", maybe that's a sign that you shouldn't have released the app yet...
To use Martin's digital coupons you need to link your advantage card to the app. Unfortunately, there is no way to do this. You can apply for a new card, but that either flat out doesn't work out won't let you apply if you already have one. Or, perhaps, it just looked like it didn't work and I'll get a card or three in the mail. You can... Look at the weekly add. That's about it.
I have had trouble with access to the coupons. It keeps telling me that I have the wrong URl. I have gone to the store and they change my password and still no access. I am going to try to reinstall the app but I have found this not to work.
just had to uninstall and reinstall the app. it won't let me do anything I go to create an account and put in all my personal info then get to the screen to select my preferred store and input my advtange card number and it won't let me select anything. really want this app bc live shopping at this store. please fix this so I can use it.
I can't sign up for digital coupons because the app keeps freezing up. I have uninstalled it and downloaded it again. still the same. please fix this issue!
Only goes to a black screen. Has never been a great app, but now it's totally worthless. Recent update didn't help at all. Uninstall / reinstall didn't help.
I love Martin's but their app sucks. Everytime I try to use it the app freezes midway through signing in. It then causes my phone to freeze. So I gave up and uninstalled the app.
Not bad, but they never add missing items I know are in store inventory. Out of stock is treated differently when it occurs at picking time as opposed to ahead. Searching for Acme produced acne results?
Every time I try to look at the sales ad it freezes up I can't scroll up or down I have to close the app out entirely.
It won't let me download coupons. Screen is blank every time I go to it. Guess I will go where I can use digital coupons.
It works well on my phone. Will not load on my tablet! Both are Samsung. Both are current models. Please fix this!
You guys offer food delivery but you do not allow people to use their EBT card to make purchases for delivery. which is completely stupid that's why you get one star if I could give you less stars than that you would have negative stars from me.
The app wont let you complete the sign up. you enter your name and email then go to the next screen and it won't let you choose a store or enter your Martin's card number to complete sign up.
I can never get past the first screen to even sign up before it freezes. I've tried a few times since it came out, and always the same thing.
Terrible app! Save yourself time and either look at weekly ad in store or shop somewhere else. Martin's is overpriced as it is.
Download on my phone and it works well, downloaded to tablet and doesn't work. Both are Samsung's.
The coupons should Automatically ALL show up but they don't - you have to prompt the site to show them.
Couldn't even finish my account! Got to the select store and card page and it just freezes cant click on anything! Sucks!
I am a associate at the Altona Pa Martins and i cant put my store in why? Very disapointed. Don't get me wrong honey. I live working for Martins get such joy and happines helping people. I love my job. I have the original app downloaded i even go on the web site and it stills says the same thing. I'll figure it out because i never give up. Thank you sweetie.
Just freezes- uninstalled and reinstalled, still nothing. Tried on my husband's phone and wont work on his either.
App won't open at all any more. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times, to no avail.
App froze up trying to create account and still cant get it to operate properly or go past that screen. Needs A LOT of work
Couldn't even create account. Stated Internet connection to slow. Have not seen that message with my service EVER

Great app, if you pay attention! I saw a lot of reviews that are easily solved. You can view your clipped coupons by going into coupons, clicking the green box with three lines, and then clicking 'my e-wallet'. If you aren't able to see any coupons, you have to go to the customer service of your local Martin's because of an internal issue with your account. This app is great, but some people blame it for issues that aren't due to the app itself. The weekly ad and everything is in it too!
