Never worked once. Others I've talked to in stores say the apps are unreliable for most people. Hopefully they fix the issues, because the interface is simple and the features are inventive and helpful... If only they worked to begin with...
Makes it easy to scan and bag as I go. Less time in the store, a huge plus right now (covid-19)

Won'tload on my phone just shows Martin's then shuts off
Two nearby stores in Altoona and Duncansville which have been around for years don't show up. This is ap is useless if I can't id my own store.
The locations for Martin's stores in the Altoona Pennsylvania area need to be added to this app. Store number 6292, 6466, 6012, and 6288 are missing from the preferred store list. Can't really use this app if the store that I am shopping at is not on the preferred store list.
As an employee at Martin's in VA. I would find great use out of this in helping customers find prices on certain items. This should he supported by all giant martins locations. Customers would just have something else to say good about martins. Please fix this issue
Apparently, only a few stores support this tool. FYI, only Hagerstown and one other in MD. Waste of time to install unless you live near a supporting store.

App sucks Connellsville store has been around for many years. This don't see it.
When I get to the store I still have to go into my wifi connections to manually sign in so I can accept their terms and conditions. Who does this anymore? I have to scan everything individually. Can't tap the quantity to add or subtract anything. Produce doesn't scan even with a label printed from the scales. I can't pay before getting to the register. So everything about checking out is exactly the same. Everything about my trip is the same, only in a different order. Pretty pointless
