This is a good app, but it has no connection with service center. After booking service in app you will still have to call the service center, otherwise app booking is completely ignored. After calling service center you will have to again explain all the details of your booking just like fresh booking, making the earlier app booking completely useless. There is option for service payment, but it is not known how it is used, because I tried to use it many times but could not.
The detailed breakup of the servicing done is not shown in the app. It shows info at very high level. How do I go back and check for what is done in the last/previous service. The app is accessible only for the car owners then what is problem to give access for the detailed history of servicing done in the past? I remember when started using the app, this feature was already enabled to view the past detailed servicing history and why not now?

Very poor app from Maruti. Cant believe such a poor app can be developed by a major car manufacturing company. Always giving error something went wrong. Please try after some time. 10 times uninstalled and reinstalled. But same result. It gives us feel that if you are not able to build a simple app how can you build a CAR???? We should immediately sell your car and gi to other car manufacturing company.
Something wrong, try again later. Iam trying to register my vehicle, once I confirm the cell number system couldn't send OTP instead getting " something wrong try again later" message. It's latest version of app which I downloaded. Installed and uninstalled many a times but no luck.
In recent days the app is not working properly. Taking long time to load, not showing my history of service, can't update my details, and gps is not working. Now totally is worthless to use. Fix all the bug and issues as soon as possible.
Contact numbers given on app are not existing. Where is the option to give feedback for service? Where are the details of parts/ consumables used for service?Loyalty points are never updated on this app. Also why is there need to swipe loyalty card every time after 3 hrs of payment? This needs a special visit to service centre just for loading points in card. Y are points not updated in card and then app automatically? The whole purpose of loyalty card and app is lost.
Appreciate the purpose of this app. But I have updated my details and photo twice, app is not recognising and asking again and again to register as a fresh user. Further it's shows wrong mobile number against my vehicle registration number. If it is wrongly updated, then how am i getting calls from the dealer for Service renewal. Please update the correct data from your server to this app and make it user friendly.
I was unable to give a zero or negative rating and so giving 1 rating. I was not able to login to app till now to see how it works. It shows some other mobile number as my number in app during sign in/sing up When I provide reg number in the app it shows as invalid details. I saw so many reviews with such issues and Maruti is not bothered to fix this. Aren't you bothered of negative reviews or not bothered to helping in fixing the issue. No proper steps to follow to change number.
In Service cost calculator kms has been set to min 20000. If we want to enter our actual running of car it is not possible. In "know my car " option "explore how" is not functioning. Other options also need to be working. Like service history of my car is not updated.
Worst app for cars. After selecting booking slots, it keeps loading and nothing happens. Tried it 2-3 times. The date also automatically changes to next day after selecting from calander.
New Maruti customer. Recently purchased ertiga and wanted to book my first service. So installed the app and tried to sign in. Nothing works in the app. It always gives the error 'something wrong..try again later' pathetic experience in both app and website. Why to promote digital channels if it doesn't serve the purpose ☹️
As many have pointed out already ,I also faced the same issue after installing this app with high hopes. Tried to register with the VIN no.as well as with the vechicle number,but shows some other mobile number which doesn't belong to me. Kindly rectify this issue or atleast give us a feed back on what should to we regarding this issue
App is good but the service center does not provide any benefit, past few days i booked for car service appointment.and reached on correct time at there authorized workshop but when i went there are approximately 20 more cars standing there for service and many of them does not have any advance booking like me.but still they put my car in last slot so i found there is no meaning for advance service booking for your car because they deal you as there regular customer.
app asks for unrelated permissions. why do you want video, gallery, contacts and calender permissions to view vehicle service history? it won't work if not granted these permissions. doesn't even explain why it's needed.
Hello . I have baleno alpha model 2016 . Recently i visited the competent to get the service done but i was not satisfied as my car brakes are giving sounds when pressed and the steering is also sounding when turned . So I'm not satisfied at all with the service given to me.
The app wouldn't register my car after giving proper details. I don't understand how my mobile number is not right, and no matter how many times I update it, it's useless. I really wish I could see my service time and KM's covered. But seems like Maruti doesn't Care about this app
I have lodged complaints in different fora. But no response yet. I used to use this app regularly. But about 3 years ago, it started to hang....and may however long you wait, it never recovers. Just installed it once again and tried. Same result as soon as I tapped "my profile". Disappointing!
