Had 5 stars but now down to 2. The app is easy to use with good content, but something happened along the way were I have to restore my purchases literally every time I use it. It's very annoying because sometimes after trying it several times I have to give up and just search the title I am looking for. If fixed it would be a 5 star app

I've been using this app for two years now and it used to be great. But today I logged onto the app to read the new issues this week and my entire library of books was gone, it didnt matter if they were in app purchases or comic book redemption codes, all of the books I had either redeemed or purchased over the last 2 years are gone and the support team has no idea how to fix it and didnt help at all. So now I've lost actual money to this and can no longer even use it to read comics.

God awful app, only downloaded it cause for some reason i cant access these same comics thru a website on my PC, and when trying to purchase and download the second volume of lemires moon knight it got Stuck. Youd think marvel would be able to get a better and more functional app with the money theyve got but then again do they even pay their comic teams either? Completely complicates what should be a streamlined experience, wasting the time i could spend reading a remarkable comic series.

It's great when it works. I've had log in and payment issues when using it, which is frustrating, I'm hoping they aren't frequent issues.

I absolutely love being able to read my favorite comics on the go. Easy to use and full of useful features. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

Guided view is really useful for reading on my phone. It's very smooth and easy to understand what I'm reading

UPDATE* The books that disappeared have reappeared in my collection. I do wish it didn't happen cause I was freaking out that my comics were gone and I didn't want to buy them again.

So much better than Comicxology now that Amazon have ruined how it operates. Please do not make the same changes they did. It is no longer as user friendly.

I got this app so I could read moon knight (I saw there was gonna be a show, and my friends recommended the comic to me) and it works perfectly 👍. I had no bugs, and no confusion with the interface. The only thing I would change is the price, but it doesn't rlly matter because the art and story are so good. I will definitely look into other comics! :-)

Great app overall. Beats the hell out of Comixology after Amazon ruined it by turning it into Kindlology. However, it's weird having to submit photos of comics for digital redemption on some issues and tried and true codes on others. Then I have to wait for an email reply. The codes are instant. Stick with what works, please. Best comic book app bar none.

The app does what it is supposed to, though there are a lot of things that would make the app WAY better. For example, the UI and UX is extremely outdated and nowhere near ideal for this kind of content. Making a better navigation system, as well as a better discovery system would make the app a million times better. I feel like the standard for comic apps is extremely low, and this is somewhere the Marvel Comic's app could shine if a little effort is at least put in. Note, there are also HUGE issues with state management, in the fact that it doesn't properly maintain state during activity and fragment lifecycles making navigation even more frustrating.

A really convenient and easy way to read comics on the go. Guided View is so helpful when you want to see the art in detail or if you have problems focusing on one panel at a time. I love that you can access comics you have physical copies of via uploading the redemption codes or buying right from the app. All in all, a terrific way to keep up with your collection.

I love having all my comics in one place. The images are great quality and easy to read. Also, the customer service team is amazing. I only am giving 4 stars because I feel that the app could benefit from adding more search/filter options when looking for comics I have purchased or comics to be purchased. I also wish there was a way to be notified that a single issue comic I am looking to purchase may already be part of a graphic novel collection I already have in my library.

awesome...great customer service when it comes to finding a solution to any problem...and great selection of titles....just wish that titles would be out as a complete series instead of having to wait weeks or months until certain issues of a series is available to download...example being that Web of Spiderman(1st series) has issues that are purchasable but there are huge gaps in between issues that aren't available yet,which in my opinion are the best issues of the series..but overall,great app

Great app.I use to have a big box,full of comics growing up.Its never going to compare to a real fresh, new comic book,but it makes up for it with the cool panel moves setting,plus you can have as many comics as you want. Some are free,some are cheap,the really good ones cost a little more,but they're all good. 👍

Since Comixology recently made changes to their app and website that make both unusable I've reinstalled the Marvel comics app to purchase and read my Marvel digital comics. It has everything that I'm looking for in a digital comic app. In app purchases, guided view reading, easy searches and great sales. Hopefully this app doesn't change.

Lately I've been having issues downloading books after i buy them, it'll download to a certain point on wifi and then a notice will pop up that says there was something wrong with the connection so I'll turn m6 wifi off and try to use my cellular data 4G to download it but it pops up with a notice saying that there's an issue and the book can't be downloaded. The first time this happened i uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it worked but only for a little bit and now it's doing it again.

Well there's nothing inherently wrong with the way the app works, it did delete a good section of my downloaded. I had an account 3 years ago and recently I wanted to go back a read a few of the free comic I had downloaded, only to find they were no longer listed in my account. I looked them up and found they were no longer free either. Not only that but the free section has been utterly gutted, lacking at least half of the comics that use to be there.

I absolutely love this app. Its fantastic. I may be talking out of two sides of my mouth but I recently have been having some issues with this app. Where some the pages of my comics don't fully load open only partially opens, where you only see a small portion of the page. But I still love the app. Don't get it twisted. App is dope.

It works when it wants...constantly crashes even when you put in a request that it is doing it. You would think it would be fixed but you turn around and it crashes again. It was so bad that I initially uninstalled the app. Giving it a go again hope I want have the same problem.

So far so good. I'm still having trouble viewing other comics I purchased.

The newer way to download your physical comics is unnecessary, the codes worked fine

The panel by panel is revolutionary, definitely makes reading easier for me. Wish I could get a paper copy when I bought the digital version though. I wish there was a way to figure out what was going to go on sale before they do, so you could plan ahead. Only complaint other than things in my books not always showing up and having to scroll up and down to make them show up.

The app itself is good and amazing, but I forgot my password, and they don't send me to my email a mail to restore my password. So I cannot enter my account and the customer service doesn't respond.. So I basically lost money for buying official comics. Thanks a lot for the experience!

For an app that has been around for as long as I can remember, you would think they could work out the basic bugs. I find myself installing and uninstalling constantly so that it will show the books I have purchased. Literally every other day, not once has the restore purchases button worked
