Marvin: Mental Health Chat

Marvin, an experimental and modulatory Natural Language Processing (NLP) chatbot, is a Deep Learning agent that creates a dialogue with the user to understand their emotional states, mental health demands, and necessary resources. Marvin is a chatbot integrated with a full-packaged suite of Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms that semantically decompose critical human emotions, feelings, and psychiatric dispositions from insightful two-way conversations. With the upsurge of the global mental health crisis, real-time support is essential in order to sustain an individual's psychiatric status and evaluate mental health reports.

Marvin is able to diagnose over 5 major mental health complications (e.g. PTSD, depression, schizophrenia, psychosis, General Anxiety Disorder, eating disorders, etc). Based on the methodologies of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Marvin enables smooth and organic emotional intervention in times of stress, distress, depressions, or anxieties. Additionally, Marvin is enforced to diagnose 5 major mental health complications.
