Marvin The Cube

I enjoyed playing this game. It has some nice mechanics. It takes a while to get difficult but by the end is quite tricky. The English translation maybe needs a little work, though it doesn't spoil anything. The controls are sometimes a bit fiddly and that's frustrating when one wrong move can spoil a level.

Similar in some ways to Castle of Awa, the graphics are crisp & controls function well. U move a cube around a puzzle area to land on an exit. Customising your cube & the evolving story adds to the gameplay. I removed the ads for a nominal 99p (UK), but 40 levels in with increasing timed puzzles, I'm finding it both a frustrating & dull experience. I'll admit my lack of patience & preferring non timed, relaxing puzzles, but even so, boy! Is it tedious! 😬😴

This is a great puzzle game that I was really enjoying, but the more I play I'm frustrated by over-sensitive controls, no undo button for moves when 1 wrong move means restarting the level, tutorial button gets in the way of the view rotate & when pressed level restarts. I would love to give this game 5 stars, I think the gameplay, graphics, story are original and well executed but these few things need fixing in order to get the higher rating.

I Really like the game pretty Well! It's a Good concept & it makes you think. I just wish they had some better Hints to help you get Thru! I been Stuck on a level for Way too long & there's No way to progress & No hints to help me get to the next level.. So Now I've just simply lost interest. Reluctantly uninstalling.. at Least for now.

Pretty great. They get really difficult later on, especially as the number of steps increases. I almost wish I could quicksave once in the longer levels because it's hard to remember exactly what I did before.

Oh how I miss Edge but this game fills in the gap nicely. Great game mechanics, great graphics, good puzzles, handles well, can get hard but I liked the challenge. Customizing Marvin was a nice touch. Nothing negative to say, really. Nicely done MJbros. Go Polska !

Too many ads as a result of having to restart levels instead of being able to reverse moves. To be honest, though the graphics are not outright bad, they kinda aggravate me.

Wow! Very interesting App. It has diverse level for small amount of money, the graphics are attractive,nice music and original. Very exciting story. Keep it up 🙂

This was a lot of fun. I really liked the storyline, and I'm hoping for more levels or a sequel. When I want to start the whole thing over, a "reset everything" button would be nice though.

This Is One Of The Best Easy To Play Game, All You Have To do Is To Unlock Different Levels By Moving Marvin The Cube Diagonally In To The Green Portal Since He Loves Green. It's Gets Complex and Enjoyable As You Unlock Different Levels,I Love Absolutely Would Recommend It If One's Looking For Fun Easy Game.

Brilliant game but unistalimg due to being forced to use Google play games... I'm not setting up a profile or account.. Shame because it was a neat little number.. I'll miss it. I think I've found a way around it but Google play games is just one of those data stealing apps that really isn't needed unless you're one of these guilble twits that believe it so

I love this game. and I love Marvin, he's really cute and his taunts are hilarious. The whole game is really relaxing, the levels are challenging but not impossible. thank you!

There should have been a rewind button to undo steps. It's tedious to do everything again. Except that, very good game!

I'd like to give it five because it's a great puzzle game but can't because it has flaws. I like it and still play it after having finished more than 138 levels. It's a relaxing end of the day puzzler I play before sleeping. The orthogonal design is good and like any great game it keeps the graphics simple so the game design becomes the main attraction. The object is to reach the exit. A basic formula. Your path is blocked mostly by devices operated by switches. Whilst puzzling through is engaging each level is about the same size and same level of difficulty as the others so the learning curve is quite flat. When it gets hard, as I've found in puzzle mode, the game design gives inadequate clues to the solution so for me it can become a case of trying random things until I get through rather than genuinely solving the level. It might be different for you. I recommend you try it, it's a cool puzzle game and there are enough levels to keep you occupied for hours. One hint I'd give the developers is I haven't bought the game yet because just removing ads isn't enough incentive. I'd like to stick without a pay wall but instead add game features for the price. A level editor would be a great incentive to purchase. More so if you implement an easy way to share levels publicly. Good lucjy, it's a good design, my only quibble is I think you could have done a little bit more with the basic format than you have.

Very cool game with a nice idea. The only missing thing is controller support (then 5 stars)
