Hands down - best app for me! It was surprisingly quick and easy to install. It switches between sections and pages flawlessly. Loads videos and new information without buffering. It's like it was made just for my phone! Overall I'm totally loving it! Oodles of MK education, training, even q role play video, and social media sharing. Much of what I usually go on in touch for is available right here in the app! Love it!
This app does not work. I've reinstalled it at least 4 times on my less than two year old Android phone and it won't start. Sometimes I have a blank white page, sometimes a pink logo page and sometimes a pink logo page with a message that it's retrieving updates. No matter how long I wait for it to start or retrieve updates, nothing happens. Dear Mary Kay....if you want want to launch new consultants successfully, please give us tools that work!
I opened the app after downloading and it immediately had updates to retrieve. Then the screen turned white...that's it!! Really?? So disappointed!! A fellow consultant uninstalled and reinstalled it and it did the same thing! I won't be reinstalling it until whatever bugs are in this app are worked out!
The app is very inconsistent! It does not load the correct reports on an android, but it sometimes works on an iPhone. It also crashes on Androids frequently. Please work to improve our app so we'll be more comfortable and willing to share it with our new consultants.
App won't load. Every time I click on the app, the landing page briefly displays then the app closes. I've tried multiple times, even restarted my phone thinking that would help but nothing has. I have since deleted the app; too frustrating to deal with.
When trying to access the app. it immediately starts trying to load and does not do anything after that, except for a white screen. The idea behind the app is wonderful. But the functioning of it is terrible.
I just installed the app on android and it doesn't seem to be working. I just see a pink page with the Great Start logo. I've tried installing and reinstalling and same thing. To the app developers working on this: If you need help with testing/troubleshooting I'll be happy to test.
So far LOVING this app!!! I LOVE that we can create the debut invitation right through there !! And check our teams great start deadlines!!! So awesome!!! Loving it!!
constantly crashing, never opens, if it does open it takes forever for anything to load! So much easier to just your the intouch website.
This app is terrible all it does is spin. For being compatible with android it sure doesn't work at all! Very frustrating
I am a new consultant and cannot get logged in. I have tried multiple times and even re-checked my password and states I am not an active consultant. Too many issues and glitches to work through just to try to get signed into this ap.
I have tried several times since this app was available to open & it never works. It stays on a pink page with the app logo. I have tried Uninstaller & installing and nothing changes. Please help
5 hours of trying to download with no luck. cleared data, cache, reinstalled google play store, added download booster and am pulling my hair out..and we know Mary Kay doesn't make wigs! tried on both Samsung phone and Lenovo tablet that's New!
It seemed to download okay. The 1st time I opened it, forced updates happened and then all I get is a white screen. I can't actually see the app contents.
Can't even open the app. Every time I've tried to access it over the last few days, on wifi, on data, it only says ERR FILE NOT FOUND.
Awesome to have this inspiring training tool in the palm of my hand! And listen to it over and over to get information into my thick skull 🐱. I assume ads are MK products on how to pair products.
I cannot get this app to work. I just signed a consultant agreement last night and I'm not happy.. trying to place my order and can't find the link I think I will uninstall it and try from in touch
Every time I want to track reports, it freezes. Then I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Frustrating.
the app has glitches. It works when it wants to. Outside of that once it decides to work it's very useful.
It's really bad when a, from the company suggested app doesn't work.... Was really looking forward to trying this out as a newer consultant. Not a good experience. 😕
Since I updated the app, everytime I go to sign in it closes it down. Now unable to open app at all. Just had to completely uninstall and reinstall.
Poor......the app will not allow me to visit MK University. I am a new consultant and I need to learn and receive my badge. I gave it two stars because everything else works perfectly.
Old white screen issues are now fixed. Glad I can have all these great resources on the go!

This app doesn't work. All that shows up is a white screen. I've reinstalled it twice.
I have installed and uninstalled 3 times and this app still does not work. This is very discouraging to a VERY new consultant.
The speakers are great. I need reset my online account but I CAN'T find the business tools.
This is taking for ever to install and I'm new to this whole thing not very happy at the moment y'all need to fix this issue and problems every one is having this is not good service and a very bad why to do busniss I gave y'all one star now fix these problems thank you
When I try to review my reports I can pull it up maybe twice then I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall to get it working again.
When it works its works! When it doesnt it really sucks. Sometimes the app will work and it's really cool! I can go to the Social selling pre-approved messages and post from there no problem. Sometimes the app doesnt work and takes forever to load and then it just stays on the start screen. updated May 5, 2019: From 3 to 4 stars. Been using it for 2 months now and there are fewer crashes and failures to load.
