Funny looking at first... Until I figured out how to use it. Could use some better movements as far as the jumping back and forth from original face to made over face. I use Mary Kay make up myself as a consultant and I chose some of the makeup that I actually use, for my makeover, let's just say I look way better in it than the app shows. Lol! So be very open-minded while using it. Did make my eyebrows look better. Needs some work but useful non the less. Option to share isn't available...

App keeps crashing immediately after opening it. Uninstalled and reinstalled app a couple of times. Same issue. Loved using the app prior to this issue. Please resolve.

This app crashes immediately when accessed. Not good at all!! Have sent several reports. This is not good for our individual customers 😕

Useless app because it does not open. Can not see app at all to rate the content because the app shuts the system down. Very sad because I was looking forward to using this. 😱

App keeps closing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times to no avail....please fix. Galaxy A42 is my phone and it's only 3 months old.

As a consultant I am devastated to say this ap should be discontinued. It doesn't do the product justice nor the many wonderful faces we serve. Colors not close some dont even show up. Storage can change colors drastically. Touch control slow. Beautiful eyelashes and instant pricing is great. The idea as a whole is fantastic . PLEASE PLEASE dear customers take a mere hour and meet with your consultant or at least ask for samples. I have a pixel android phone. Which is one of the best cameras.

I have absolutely no clue if this app is any good (I would have to assume it is because Mary Kay created it) since it will not load. I keep getting the error message, "Mirror Me unexpectedly quit. Would you like to send an anonymous report so we can fix the problem?" But if t won't let me send the a report. I was really looking forward to this app.

Love it. Easy to use. Use the side icon to control the amount of color for cheeks and other products. Initially the blush looks too bright but when you tone it down to a medium setting it looks better.

This app is mediocre at best. The colors are difficult to see on my face. I'm not sure if it applied foundation to my face, as my face looks the same. There are zero instructions on how to use the features of the app. I accidentally placed an item in my cart; I have no clue how to remove it as there are no instructions. Somewhat frustrated with this app, as are many others, I'm sure!

It will not open on my android. I've reinstalled and rebooted. help!

Apparently from experience and all of the reviews from Samsung Galaxy 9 customers this app didn't download at all. For all who have managed to get it to download it seems to malfunction so it is a great idea but needs to go back to drawing board for development updates sorry

Great virtual Make up Mary Kay Tool. I've been using this app for my Mary Kay customers and for myself. I've asked my Mary Kay consultants to download it in order to use it with their customers. I'm having a demonstration with my less tech savvy consultants to teach them how to use this app with great benefit for ordering skin care and makeup for our customers (also for ourselves) I found the app to be very correct in the type of skin care I'm using. Love the virtual Make up. I save & share pics

Right idea but bad user experience. All the eye shadows appear green on one eye but work fine on the other. All foundations look exactly the same on me. Samsung S9+

I loovvveeee this app, I can choose a look and checkout with everything that I see and that way I dont have to figure out for myself what products are being used, also at checkout, I and pick and choose from what I want or don't want from that specific look. Great app!

I as well, am not having any luck getting into the app. It is telling me there is a bug in it. I would like to try it after the exterminator comes :)

I got the catalog in the mail and I saw the info about the app. I was looking foward to trying it out but everytime I tried to use the app it kept closing on me.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and my app is not updating. I have uninstalled and installed it many times. The new TW 3D Foundations are not listed and not all 21+ looks are avaiable. PLEASE HELP! I use to love this app., and I want to love it again.

Keeps crashing, will not open.

Won't let me open the app. It keeps stopping on me for some reason and I have installed it 2 times and still don't work.

Ok now that a issue with Pixel 2 is fixed I LOVE the app. Totally impressed with how I can move & the "makeup" moves with me, really let me see which shade of lipstick I liked best.

It was so easy! I took pictures of my looks and sent them to several of my friends and customers. I got texts to send the MirrorMe link today from several of them today.

One star only because this app is no longer working. I open it it starts to load and then just goes off my screen. A customer of mine is also having a hard time with this app :(

I have a Samsung s9, the app keeps crashing after about 2 minutes. Foundation colors don't seem very accurate either

it will install but won't open on my Samsung S9, flashes error and closes so quickly cant even report it!!! I so wanted to try this out!! Hope they fix it soon!

I can't even get it to open. it flashes up an error message so quick I can't even read the message then disappears.

I wouldn't purchase this if thats what it will look like. It didn't make up my face to a high standard and I thought it would recommend a shade of foundation which it didn't do. You need a better technology here.
