I love the possibilities this app holds. Many of its functions are so helpful. As I serious business woman I need two things that this app regularly fails at. Consistently accurate inventory. I have regularly been diligent, at great time/cost, to input my inventory only to have the app glitch and wipe out all my numbers. It also often unreliable showing all zeros for past invoices. Discontinued products are often not able to be found in the app.
This app seems better than the MirrorMe app. Skin Analyzer is in fact more accurate. Way to go!

You have to be in a well lit room to analyze your skin. I was amazed how accurate the analysis was. I like that I can order products through this app. It took a minute for me to figure out that I had to touch each section to see the actual analysis, but was easy to navigate. I just wish I could share my results to Facebook. Otherwise, this app is awesome!
This is an incredible app to give you an idea of what is going on with your skin and the state it is in at the present and then compare how much it has improved after using our awesome products!
I lined up my eyes. Took the pic and it went black in the facial outline. Tried again, same thing. Worthless app
This app is difficult to use, especially with older customers. Even as I attempt to help them, it can take a lot of time. Imagine the frustration when I am still unable to assist customers in getting their analysis. Doing virtual parties would be much easier if this app was more user friendly. I hope the developers are able to adjust this app to be more user friendly.
I had it downloaded and coached on it at our unit meeting. It quit working so I uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and it will not take my password. Yes...my password is right because it's been the same for years and works fine on Intouch. Hoping the glitch gets working because it was a GREAT tool when I could use it.
This application is great to help you choose the best Mary Kay skin care products for your particular skin type and any flaws you wish to improve.
It has to scan a picture of your face. It wouldn't work with my phone's front camera, so I tried holding it backwards and using a mirror to line up my face. I saw the green check marks, and waited a little, thinking it would analyze my face. When I turned my phone around, the green checkmarks disappeared and it didn't work. So you have to have a high resolution front-facing camera on your phone to use this.
I did this 3 times and everytime I got very different results. I paid closest attention to the wrinkles section and the "wrinkles" that are highlighted dont even make sense. To me it seemed like just a filter with lines on places that most people have wrinkles. It pinpointed areas where In reality there arent any wrinkles there at all. And then there were a couple of wrinkles that I actually DO have and it didnt pick up on those
Tried It a few times to see if I would get the same results, completely different results everytime regarding tone and wrinkles. Seems like it's just random, as I took the pictures all within minutes of eachother in the same lighting.
I have loved using this app with my customers but now it keeps crashing. Luckily I can still work without it but it is a great addition to my tool box when it does work. Uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times and is now working well again.
It won't open up. I installed & reinstalled on my old Android. I just got a new Android, Google Pixel, and the app still will not open. I uninstalled, then reinstalled. No success. Disappointing and frustrating.
Love it, its perfect!!! To start scanning my face just find the angle with the eyes and the correct illumination and it will scan right away!!! Now I know the products I really need for my Skin Care. Thank you very much!!!
I love they way it tells me which product to use, I just wished it gave options for product people are allergic to that it recommends. For example it gives the Microderm Set but I'm allergic to the set and would love to know what another option would be.
This app is great in the sense that once it scans it gives a list of suggested products and order to apply them in. Frustrating that it's so hard to get it to actually scan, trying to get all 3 to light up green 😩
I love this app! I love the face scanning & actual product recommendations from the comfort of my home. No pressure. I also like that it links to my Consultant & a purchase can be made right then. It is the coolest app!
Neat app. Actually does a decent job finding wrinkles, spots, etc! It doesn't do much besides tell you where you have spots. Then of course it recommends you $300 worth of product :)
I love this app but the only problem I've had with it is when scanning someones face, i can never find "proper lighting" ive tried every room in my house and outside and by every different window, and none of them work.
Fun app! Very informative on skin type and condition and which products work best. I did have a hard time with getting the picture it would not use my selfie setting.
Love it! This app is so functional and informational! Opening up all the details for each area of analysis educates about how the app determines the results as well as potential causes for the signs of aging the app detects. Download was easy. The image capture was very easy. I loved how it took the selfie image on its own! Regimen listed great products. Using Samsung galaxy s7 edge.
Nice idea by a reputable company, but in practice the app is a waste of time. The eye alignment is way off, it only comes on when it's on my eyebrows and only for a fraction of a second then. I could be out in the Florida Sun, in the shade, under a canopy, or inside and the lighting will be correct only momentarily. Perhaps if one owns a cell phone camera stand and professional photography lighting equipment they might have a chance at getting all three factors functioning simultaneously.
