When you click submit to check in a deer for reporting a harvest the app crashes. When you log back into the trophy room , the deer shows up but with no confirmation #. I've done this 10 times and it never gives me a confirmation #. The app says new updates to check a harvest but that's BS. Happened last year and yesterday and you have to call it in. Other states are much easier and also has your actual license to show DNR. MD get with the program. Complete junk of an App.
App doesn't give you a real license view. If you look at recent licenses it gives you a list of active and expired with no year shown. Totally useless list of information. Does give good history of reported harvests.
Every year I attempt to get my fishing license. COMPAS does not allow me to sign in then after a certain amount of tries locks you out. That prompts a necessary phone call to unlock the account. Easier to purchase a license at a sporting goods store.
Can you please fix the app. I can not view when my license expires and it will not allow me to see what's in my cart. Also, I had to reset my password two times and it still didn't accept it to log me in. I had to find my DNR number to log in. Thanks
App continually crashes when trying to access interactive maps. If you change it to landscape mode it pops up a download PDF prompt and crashes as well.
Whole reason for downloading was to improve the fishing license retrieval and purchasing experience. Its just as bad as it is on the desktop, but at least on the desktop I can access the pdf for the fishing license. With the app I cannot access the fishing license at all.
It had a great interactive map of trails and other activities. Includes tons of resources and links. Actually really impressed.
Can't get passed the 'cookies acceptance' prompt. Have tried reloading the app several times n still get the same old issue. Must be the same vendor that designed this as the one that designed the unemployment portal for the 'plandemic'! Will try again in a week or so ...
This is the worst application (Compass) and worst customer experience I have ever had. Fire this company and start over. I am throughly disgusted with Compass and will never spend another dollar in Maryland if I have to use this application again. If you had zero stars, that would not be low enough.
It worked great for the 2017 season but now the app crashes when checking in a harvest. Please fix.
It is confusing and I can't find myself on it
Still waiting for hunting season update. Season opens (I think...) In a week or so. Have emailed DNR. They tell me they have provided the 2020 info to the 3rd party app vendor and should be updated "soon"
Little information, broken links. Not useful.
Give 5 stars because they have very good app navigate through pretty good but the copass to get license is hard to navigate
Terrible app. Was told by Park Ranger to use it to buy fishing license, could not do it. Asked my brother to try on his phone but same results. Worthless app.
its an alright app but runs slow and wont let phones press on the print license option
Needs an update. Sunrise and sunset do not show and app shuts down now when you go to report a harvest

Kind of useless. You can't view your DNR ID card or any active fishing license. At least give us the expiration date on the license. Nothing. This app does not provide any convenience in obtaining information you can get on the DNR website.
Can't get rid of "Cookies" message page on reservations. Accept button doesn't work!!

Terrible, doesnt work at all. Keeps telling me user not approved yet. Been waiting for approval for months.....
Terrible app filled with bad links. I wish my tax dollars weren't used to make this!
Cannot make reservations thru the app on phone as the consent to cookies screen won't go away!
Fishing map never loads
More useless than their website, which also doesn't work...
Please fix this app! It USED to work very well. However, for well over a year the trout fishing management areas map has been useless. Can no longer move around on the map at all and cannot increase or decrease size. This is the number one main reason I used this app and now it's completely useless to me. Ashamed ... it used to work so well before.
