Very bad experience. I'm trying to click on share information button but nothing response. Before this the link was opened and i need to attach my personal documents but was not shown attachment option except typing dialogue box only. And now I'm trying to activate but link can't be open.. Very bad experience. After this i try to contact on direct message but not any good response or any problem solving reaction. Garbage app don't waste time
Very worst service. They freeze my account due to inactive. From last 2 month I am trying to reactivate this account that's why I am calling them. Every time they are saying that, I will get a call from bank and it will be clear soon. Nothing is happened still today. I suggest never open an account on this bank. Very very bad service. I can't withdraw my money.
Seriously when I go through the reviews am surprised to see so much negativity because I can't seem to find any problems with this app or their services. However, everyone is entitled for an opinion and it's their fundamental right. I had initial difficulties signing in but after resetting my password everything is so smooth with the app. I can even donate to charity organizations without stress, what a way to serve mankind.. please keep up with the good services and may God bless Mashreq
I couldn't sign in to my account since 25 days now. Tried reinstalling tried calling the customer service still its the same. Everytime a page pops up telling that something seems to have gone wrong and this could be due to the reasons out of your control. Seriously Fed Up. Iam gonna close the account soon.
Worst experience ever. Never going to recommend this service to anyone. Their customer services are below average. Had great expectations from it but all vain. Been trying to get in touch with them for one issue and their so called "helpline number" is always busy.
I actually read the reviews people are saying negatives, but sincerely i am not able find problems or mistakes like these comments. This app works absolute fine for me also for my friends who recommend on this to me. For account opening also debit card delivery, everything is very fast. All good 👍
Using mashreq app is worst experience, when every I tried to get logged in, it shows username and password is password wrong,though I always put correct username and password. My card is activated but whenever I want to make payment, payment got declined. Wth is this?
Very bad , i cannot log in. Always mentioning password incorrect even i place the correct one. When i call customer service and taking the verification code ,the code it takes time to come. It will come after i ended the call , its useless.
Poor application. Doesn't even let me sign up for a bank account. After putting in the emirates id and clicking next, it just shows processing animation and then returns to the same screen again. What's the point of online banking if you can't even open an account online.
App is damn slow. Is this is a banking app? My hearty advise to bank authority is to improve your backend and mobile app team get updated. People using mobile banking for easy and fastest proces. Presently with this app we cant do anything faster. The second issue is i opened my account on 28 april, till now 19 may 2022 account is not activated and i cant use a single payment on my account. There is no response from bankside. If we call customer care then also call will not connect. Very bad
These 2 stars only for the easy process of account opening and atleast we can say that we have bank account. The worst side is that your transactions will not be complete within time as compared to other banks in UAE. Sometime payment will take 2 to 3 days to recieve in your account. You can't use this account for emergency transaction, either sending or receiving money. Payments are on hold and not completed in time even your beneficiary is pre registered.
I tried to do an international transfer and it did not go through. It then took 2wks to get my money back. Even then I lost approximately 1600 AED due to currency rates (I have not been compensated for this). The process to get my money back was time consuming with several staff not following up on my calls. The calls themselves were very expensive as I was abroad and cost me approximately 500AED. I'm obviously not happy.
Seriously I haven't got any issues with this app for the past one year and a half now. But I'll like them to fulfill their promise by awarding the bonuses they promised if our salaries were transferred through the app.

Had the worst banking experience ever. The customer service helpline is always busy. Takes them more than a week to respond to a single email. I had to switch to another bank
Very Poor customer service, very slow online transactions and charges/deductions on all transactions. Definitely not the best. I won't recommend to have your account in this bank, if you want hassle free banking.
Online apps, Main Branch and there 24hrs hotline all are worst than ever. I just want to request cheque yet everybody is pointing on the online apps or teller machine yet its out of service for a long time til now - Please guys need for enhancement and improvements on your services.
It's almost 1 month. Even Now they didn't activate my Account. Very bad Service. I called to their Customer care. But they didn't do anything. I'll not recommend to anyone for Mashreq bank. Very Bad management.
This is really disturbing, I think the maintenance team need to work on this app, I found it difficult to sign in after changing password, it keeps say password error.
I am using this app for long time but now I'm so mad for 1 refund I need to fallow up and I cannot contact the bank directly. They are having virtual assistance but it a mess and totally useless.
Mashreq Neo app is excellent , easy to use . I am now using this app for sending money to my NRE account . Very fast and good conversion rate . No need of going to exchange for sending money now . I like this very much. Reccomend all my friends to open Mashreq Neo account .So easy . Love it . Thanks to Masreq Neo
This is the worst worst app ever. I enter my correct username and password it keeps telling me it's wrong. How do I login without any headache I need to make payments

Application is slow take much time to login and show app features, use more data for bank advertisement not user friendly. Should be need to fix less data usage.
Terrible experience. Does not let me log in for the past week and says "something seems to have gone wrong" . When I went to the mashreq branch it worked and once I went home it immediately didn't work again. The mashreq website is also down and calling is not helpful. Unacceptable.
Customer service is always excellent. I had a problem in my debit card and just one call and they fixed it in an instant. I never had any bad experience with this bank since I opened my account. There are lots of offers such as Insurances and discounts to restaurants and shops. Even in supermarkets. I will keep using this bank and highly recommended. You just have to apply online and upload all your documents and thats it. You have an amazing Mashreq Neo Account.
