Am trying to open an account through app but can't upload id card, its saying oops something went wrong, I tried many time still have same issue, went to branch there is no stuff to assist coz it's now all through machine, so can you please help me out to open an account.
Service of mashreq Bank is really worst. I have raised three complaints regarding non delivery of my noon credit card even if I have a digital one active. No one is interested to even call back and solve my query instead resolving the ticket at their end without any solution.
I want to say mashreq app is not good in service since last 3 months..I uninstalled the app again installed many times but no use. I cannot even login mostly . The title wordings of mashreq add in playstore should change..any time anywher banking....!!!!!🤷♂️ as it has no meaning to the experiences that I faced. Better mashreq fix this or defend will lose customers
Pathetic app experience. Screens get stuck at loading or half loading and you have to restart the app again and again.
Bad application. When needed this app always hangs.. not getting even connected most of the time . Developers just made it and left the users to suffer. The bank is reachable after hearing the painful recorded message..
I have opened my account last month and still i didn't get my debit card. Which supposed to be delivered last march of 28th. I have raised my issue on all platforms but unfortunately no one taking it serious. I have called up the courier company number which is mentioned on app they said they are not working with al mashriq. Very low customer service extremely not happy at all.
Doesn't work, not able to login from so many days.. thought it might be update issue.. uninstalled and installed it again but still no solution. It just stucks at logo when you open it.. Mashreq should really work on it.
I also am not able to log in to my account to see the due amount I have to pay this month. I tried every way but did not succeed. So I paid against the card more than I purchased this month, however, I just got a message from mashreq that the total due around AED 419 and min payment AED 50, although I just paid AED 3750. Something seems to be wrong. 😊 mashreq bank should step in and fix this please.
Worst app, it's of no use theirs nothing you can do on it. No credit card payments without having an account nor can you convert transactions into installments on the app.
It can't for some user in a same device. Please check the same issue and resolve as soon as possible enable customer to use mashreq services. Your cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated.,
i love Mashreq Bank. it is so easy and wonderful to be able to do so many things, pay all my utility bills, dewa, mobile all in just one click. I never fall on any late payments because Of Mashreq Bank. The bank that's protecting my interest....!!!
Terrible, no data is can been seen after login. I think rigorous testing was required before updating the app by mashreq, seems like which they were not at all bothered about.
It is a bad application. It is booting for ever. Not once I am able to use this app. The bank better remove this app and goto the Stone app. It seems they are not capable of the online platforms like this.
This app is not working anytime my account is open with this bank but it still shows 2 or 3 day to activate but sometimes it's showing your account is active I still don't understand on this I think maybe it glitch please mashreq bank set this glitch
Such a slow and freezing app...inspite of a million updates it is slow especially at login. Working with this app is a time waste.
I cannot add mashreq credit card as beneficiary as there is no option and make it worse i cannot even use browser to login and pay on mobile keep sending me to download when i already have a app and its useless.
I updated my mashreq app but still it's not working, Even not opening but again and again giving msg you are old version please update but I already updated many times. Still facing same above mentioned problem after three days
Realy nothing we can do with app. Useless. Even contact number! nothing is working properly🤬... One star also forcefully can't post without giving one
It seems that the app is suffering from a serious performance issue, I am facing an issue in signing in; while the app keeps looping and looping at the sign in page with a message in the bottom of the page "loading your details", and the end the sign in fails. A new addition on 28th Jan 2022 The above problem still persist; I am not able to login to my account, the login screen freezes at "loading your details"
Not a very accessible app, not consideration to how user experience should be. The app crashes and shows the app info screen on Android if you don't sign out of your last session. Only way to fix it is to reinstall the app! One of the worst banking apps I have ever used.
Exactly not for this app but as a whole, I have never seen a worst Customer service in UAE than Mashreq team. They deducted some amount from the recent transactions and despite 100s email/messages/complaints, they never considered even a single one worthy of reply. I have been maintaining an account for the past 3 years but will close it immediately due to bad and don't-care attitude of them.
Credit card transactions are taking more time to reflect on the statement. There is no option to view credit card current and last statements. The only advantage is cash back points.
Too much problem after the update. I can login to my account from google but cant login to my account from the app. Please fix this issue.
Trying to login but the app says wrong username and password. Works on my other mobile perfectly. .just fed up trying to use at a critical time ..sad
Used to be great. Foreign remittance could be sent in seconds. Now they take days. Also, used to be, Beneficiary information for quick remittances could be pulled up to verify account title versus what you put in. That is also gone now. Not impressed. I used to love banking with mashreq vs Emirates ilsamic. Now they seem the same
I have not seen any bank app which is working like this.why does you want to work with this app if there is any marking for this app in minus 1 to 10 .i would love to give to give minus 10.i can't open the home page of the account so how does you are giving mobile banking.you should get a new app for such a good Bank.thanks
nice user interface from Mashreq. kudos. the only problem is deposit limit and cardless withdrawal limit. kindly increase it.
It is third time i am facing issue. Whenever i click the app it goes to settings(permissions screen) even i gave app permissions app is not opening i have to install the app again. Clear data and clear cache also doesnt work.
