I can't login. It's always asking me a security question that I never put and for some reason it can't recognize the device for future logins.

So overly complicated to login and often crashes. To the developers: 1- You can't treat the app like a website. Please get in the 'app mindset. 2- I believe most users want this as a portal to their finances, please think about reducing the prevalence of the generic info and focus on online banking. 3-tighter integration for depositing checks would be appreciated.

You should get 0 stars. Is anyone from their development department reading these comments? By far the worse mobile banking app I've ever used. Don't blame on the fact you're a small financial institution because I've seen other small banks with decent banking app. This is just bad!

I really wish they would spend some time and resources getting this app to a usable level. Right now it crashes constantly, across multiple devices. It is only a clone of their Web ui, logging in is a pain. Ui design doesn't even try to look nice. I'm glad they have an app at all, but please fix this.

I'm leaving this credit union as soon as my loan is paid off only because of this app. The service at the Branch is awesome but, I would like to bank Mobil. This app is terrible.
