Unprofessional and uncomfortable subjects of discussion while the session was happening. Paperwork wasn't filled out until after the session was over. Could not give the pressure needed in my problem areas. I will try again as I was reimbursed my purchase and will be using a different therapist next time. Great customer service and prompt response via email.
Attempted to book a massage 4 times and was cancelled each time the day of. Attempted to get a refund, emailed support 3x with no answer. Attempted to call support number, no answer. UPDATED: I got a full refund and I ended up finding their email responses in my email junk folder.
I have been a massage therapist for this company for at least a year and have gotten ONE massage offer. Even that massage was cancelled so I have done ZERO massages. I emailed them about it and they just told me that sometimes areas are slow..but THAT slow? A year? No. Something is clearly wrong and so I just deleted the app. Not even interested anymore
I think they're scamming me. Paid for a gift card and have been utterly unable to book. Have made multiple attempts, this time offering over 5 half days of availability including weekends and weekdays. They were unable to book.
App is cumbersome to use. After filling out all of my information it wanted to charge me up front without confirmation that a therapist was available.
I'm a professional massage therapist and in the eight months I had this app I had one massage. There were some requests that were far from me and were asking for very low pay.
Registration process was quite seamless, the app froze a few times but overall was a pleasant experience. Will use again and recommend
I am a massage therapist and it keeps sending me bookings but doesn't say where. It doesn't allow me to edit or change my availability so i'm getting booked for days I am not available!
Easy to use. Might help to see how many providers in an area to see what kind of response to expect.
They cancelled my massage for yesterday and I am trying to get my money back but it's been 48 hour and no reply. Worst customer service
There were no available bookings in my area after I did research to see if massage club covered my area. The are also holding onto my 160$ after multiple emails of me requesting my refund and one email from them saying they would refund my money.
This looks like a scam. They want you to pay and won't guarantee a date and time.
Had my first massage last week with Arsala. Was very easy to book on their website and I'll definitely be booking again. Thanks.
No therapists
Not working app ..no therapists
I have tried many many times to get this app to work . When I tried to search there available area I tried st.cathrines "unable to fetch your data" or somthing similar was stuck in middle of my screen even after closing phone apps and turning screen off . Tried again many times for niagra and other regions and it kept doing it . They easily just lost $120 from me since I can't even book or attempt to book a massage. Can only imagine if 10 people a week this happend to they be loosing thousands.
