Massage Envy

Decent app but needs approvement. Would be nice to be able to select more than 3 places when looking for an appointment, Review option of therapist that was seen, and maybe the option to book again with them directly after a review. Thinking of dropping my membership because it's so hard to book an appointment. I'm sitting on so much credits because my card get charged every month but nothing is never available. When I do find an appointment it's over a month out .

Does not connect to your membership. Not affiliated with individual Massage Envy locations. It allows you to send an appointment request which is just as easy as calling your favorite Massage Envy directly. I don't see the value in this app taking up memory on my android phone. I searched for an appointment using the app and there were days of non-availability. Called the location and got an appointment right away. I'm deleting this app. It is useless.

App is improved just by being able to schedule appointments, but it needs to be better. You should be able to bypass all the stupid questions about what kind of massage and aromatherapy - I go regularly and it should just save a profile, give me an option to change it, but not routinely make you jump though all the hoops. You should also be able to search for open appointments based upon your desired massage length and regular therapist (ie search for openings by therapist's name).

Update: I am finally able to get into the app and most things work. However booking, the part I used the most, still does not work. When I click on book, the first screen that says "what brings you in" is blank below those words and I can't move forward with booking. So there is still a bug for Droid users.. The new update doesn't work. All I see is a white screen. It was working fine before the update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it still doesn't work. Please fix.

It does not seem possible to register a new account in this app. I have tried across three different days to register. I have to input a verification code after entering my information. The first day I tried it, the emails showed up in my spam folder several hours after I tried to register. It was not the case that they were sent there immediately and I just failed to look, it actually took several hours for Massage Envy to send them, and then they ended up in spam. By then, the app had been closed and I could not enter the code without re-entering my info, and then the code wasn't valid any more. The next two days of attempts resulted in no emails being sent at all, to spam or elsewhere. I know my own email address, and entered it correctly. I've probably requested a dozen emails to be sent by now, with no luck. It's pretty embarrassing for Massage Envy to fail at the most basic task of registering a user.

It's a poor app. I have yet to successfully book an appt on the app. You'll check a day for a certain service, be told by the app it isn't available and find out via phone they have slots open. You app sometime glitches so that you cannot move forward in the booking process constantly. Everytime I have tried to use it, I get no where, I get frustrated and call the location to book. Lastly, there's no option to search the availability for your preferred therapist.

This App has a lot of bugs. I was browsing an appointment and never booked it. Next think I know, I get a call from the receptionist saying my session was booked. I never got an e-mail confirmation or a confirmation from the app nor is the appointment scheduled in the app calendar. I was going to be charged a penalty for the no show and there is no place to make a complaint or contact support in the app. I'll be contacting corporate to dispute this. Not reliable. Don't use.

This app is awful! I have booked on 4 separate occasions through their app and have had a problem every time. Twice now I've booked an appointment at one time and get email confirmation and confirmation through the app for that time but when I speak to them it's booked at a completely different time! I have also been booked with people who aren't on the books and working that, and items I had scheduled not even happen! I've complained and brought it up to nothing besides the standard.

Crashes after 5 seconds on load every time.

March update! Have to uninstall and reinstall just to book a service as it crashes or goes frozen after doing so each time you try to book . Then there's the issue still it could be so much more beneficial to members if our member points balance was provided. There are other fitness club apps that use similar member points that you can actually track your points as you sign up for classes and see the balance change inside the app! ME has never allowed it's members to see them or track balances.

App crashes everytime while booking your appointment when confirming on the last step. You then have to close the app and reopen the app to see if your appointment went through. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled hoping for a fix. Extremely frustrating. You also need to allow users to cancel appointments within the app at least 48 hour in advance of the appointment. It's ridiculous I can book 6 weeks out but have to wait on hold forever to move or cancel an appointment.

The new app experience is great! Design is beautiful and user friendly. I really appreciate how easy it is to book appointments and compare between locations. That's a stellar feature! It would be awesome to see the number of available credits in my profile sometime in the future. Great job to whoever built this app!

Good app, room for improvement. No way to add appointments to your calendar from the app and no email confirmation is sent. App goes blank and has to be restarted after I book an appointment but it saves my booking. I wish there was an option to choose your schedule based on your preferred therapist and not based on dates/times.

Love Massage Envy. Hate the app! I don't want to walk through all the questions about what type of massage i want EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to book online. You should allow me to save different profiles, favorite therapists, be able to click on a prior appointment and say "repeat that" and it give me available appointments both with or without the same therapist.... At least give me an option to skip, at least initially, just to see if ANYTHING is available not specific to my massage level desires

Changed my rating to 2 stars because the app ignores the back arrow on Android to exit and requires a forced stop from the active tasks list. Updated to v2.0.0 and now the app works on my Galaxy S4! Thank you for fixing the login issue. Updated to 4 stars. App continues to fail at login. Has been reported multiple times to developer. Will not run on Samsung Galaxy S4. 1/21/2020-No change, still does not work. Uninstalling.

I'm a member and the app won't recognize this. I've been told to just call for appointments. I don't want to call. They are often times not available and have to call me back MUCH later. Is this so hard that they can't get my account to work? Can't even schedule an appointment through the app- it really sucks. It just gives an error message when I add a CC. No matter what account I use! Even the app tells me to just call in! Awesome. You guys suck!

I wanted to use the app to make appointments. Typically it will get me through the process but fails when I enter my credit card info. It's the same card I have on file at the physical store so I know it's an app error and not a cc issue. Today, I can't even get that far. The app doesn't recognize any locations even if I search by City, State. Very disappointing.

*NEEDS BOOKING AND MASSAGE BALNCE! * I booked it stated that I would owe money at the time of my visit. I have two 60 minute massages in my account. Called the Massage Envy location and they were able to book no problem and the appointment showed up immediately in the app. The app account page should show the balance of massages remaining and available. When choosing a location, the phone number should be listed to call, not just when the appointment is booked

Very annoying app. It can't do two of the most basic functions I would expect it to: 1) cancel an appointment that it allowed me to schedule and 2) see how many points are remaining on my account for future massages. Even more annoying is that a previous version of the app did allow you to see points on your account.

It is unacceptable that I have been using the app/web now for 3+ weeks with no prior or future appointments showing and now that I have a membership that is still not linked to my account either. I have asked the team members at my local ME about this issue and they have sent the issue to corporate IT for fixing multiple times. The local staff has been great and I’m not faulting them because they can’t fix this issue.

Please add: 1. Ability to see how many services you have built up. 2. Option to cancel an appointment. 3. Ability to view and change which card you're paying your membership with. 4. Ability to update contact information. The only thing you can do with this app is make an appointment and change your account password. Most of the stuff that you feel you should be able to do, you can't. I shouldn't have to call to do the four things I suggested when you already built an app.

The app doesn't allow me to see my available sessions, nor does it sync with call-in scheduling. The space under my name in profile says my scheduled appointments will show up there, but it doesn't. When I try to book an appointment through the app, it requests a credit card instead of applying available sessions to the booking.

My ME location closed because of Covid19. I need to update my credit card expiration date for my monthly membership pmt. The franchise location told me to do it in the app because there's no one in the offices to do it over the phone. There's no where in the app to manage your account pmt information. The only thing it's good for is making appointments. Nothing more. Uninstalling because it's useless.

I've had the app for awhile. It occasionally works for booking appointments but never saves your prior bookings. Booking is always deleted the day of service. For the last week or so, I just get a blank white screen while logging on. App needs to be improved or don't even offer it. Also the app needs to allow to search by a specific therapist for open times and app should tell you how many appointments you have available.

What is the point in an app that allows you to schedule appointments when they are never any available. Your can't tell me that for two locations coon rapids and Blaine there are no appointments available in the next 6 weeks. I have asked repeatedly and am told just call us we can her you scheduled. The location in Rogers has all kinds of appointments available wish they were closer. I heard the same thing when I was in Texas with my sister. Not all appointments show up on the app.

Useless, don't bother installing. The app doesn't recognize your membership. It won't even let you book an appointment without entering credit card information, which would be fine except it doesn't let you enter the information. If you call support on the app they tell you to call your local location. What does the local massage envy have to do with app support?

It worked fine for about 2 months and then when I clicked to manage my appointments, the screen wouldn't load. It was just the purple screen with ME logo. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but now just logging in brings me to a blank white screen. It's not functional.

App works ok, sure would be great to be able to see number of services available to support scheduling though. Would also be nice to be able to filter to specific folks, for example I only see 1 person for massage and 1 person for facials- would love to be able to filter on them and see their availability over a period of days instead of clicking through random dates.

This app is horrible!! It doesn't register that I have a membership, my phone # isn't correct and the available appts don't match that of the location. Also, when I email Corporate at Service Desk @ Massage Envy they tell me that "To begin the troubleshooting process, your independently owned and operated ME home location must work with you to first retrieve all of the necessary information in order to coordinate a resolution with the IT team." No one knows anything?!? Revamp the whole app!!!!

Not currently working. I go to book an appt. And it comes up empty when it's trying to list services. Even when it was working, the interface is needlessly unfriendly. I have to be very specific about what service I want, and then scroll day by day to find an opening. Why can't I just filter by service and therapist and see all of what's available regardless of date? Instead of trying to find a date that's open amongst the 60 days out it lets you book (50% of the days have nothing available).
