Terrible customer service. Having an issue where the app and website won't recognise or accept my phone number, so I can't make a booking. Tried calling there customer service number, no response. Left a voice message, no call back. Messaged them through there customer service portal, my message hasn't even been read.

Looks like it could be a good app if functions worked properly. When i enter my address (Very simple old address) it says "oops can't find adddess" even if I select enter address anyway, you can't proceed with the booking. Also another issue, initially selecting type of massage, if there's multiple people it picks the same type of massage for all. it's frustrating. so if you select pregnancy for one person, the same type of massage applies to the other people on that booking. it is annoying.

One of the best, most amazing massages ever. Left feeling relaxed and sensational. We will definitely book again. Also, the app is one of the best out there. This service is amazing and will definitely recommend to everyone i know.

Just downloaded the app as a practitioner (but accidentally downloaded the app for customer). Thought I'd check it out anyway and noticed that the services I offer (makeup, lashes, tanning) are not on the list of choice for services in the customer app.. so I'm not sure if I should now delete my partner account? Nobody can book me as my services aren't listed for the customer to select.. I'd love to hear from someone about this..

Only thing I can fault is I can't seem to message the massage therapist directly besides that. This app is magical and the therapists are fantastic and professional catering to the individual needs

If I could have given a 0 stars I would have! Absolutely appalling customer service... had a couples massage booked in for our wedding anniversary and 3 hrs before they were due to arrive got a text to say 1 could no longer make it. Then 2 hrs later I received another text to say the 2nd person couldn't make it either.. All done by text no apologies nothing... would not recommend and I certainly won't be using again 😔

This company is absolutely terrible 2 nights they have failed to deliver on a paid service. First night called me barely 2hrs before appointment to reschedule for the following night . I agreed as really had no choice. Next night nothing, even after another agreed reschedule because they couldn't deliver. After phone calls and emails to have my nights wasted 1 hour b4 scheduled appointment time and still no therapists, no phone call, no email.Nothing took my money no problem horrible experience

Very hard to make changes and when you call it just goes to pre recorded message. If your lucky someone from Philippines will call you back but can't do what you asked
