No possibility to add a product to favorites or save somehow for later on. UI not ok, because even on my phone upper menu is too big and to look into item's image I need either open the link or constantly swiping up and down
I like the products, but it happens often a product is available in the requested size, is successfully added to the basket, only to go to the basket at the end and receive the message it is out of stock. Has happened over and over again, with different items, frustrating to think you've finished shopping only to find out the products are missing. And the product is still there after that happens, still shown to be available in the requested size, can still be erroneously added to the basket....
The app is great! I especially like the part where it is possible to try on shoes. The part for determining the size of clothes and shoes is exceptional. What bothers me are the beautiful female models who are too skinny for my taste, making it difficult for me to choose a wardrobe.
Easy to navigate. Pruchase information and receipts are there and visible. Simplicity and a mix of sophistication in how the products are displayed. What does the future hold??
The new format of the app doesn't allow you to navigate the clothes. Just the seasonal stuff. It's all a little confusing
Tells me there is an update available but directs to Google play and no update shown. Uninstalling doesn't help. Samsung Note 10. App totally now unusable.
Atrocious. Requires WhatsApp to chat. The standard menu is not available, just whatever the 'new edit' is being pushed at the moment and shopping 'by the look.' Call me old-fashioned but I do like the menu to be based on a basic breakdown by tops/denim/coats/etc. Am uninstalling the app and going to the browser version.
Stay away at all costs. I made an order from here because I was assured by the clerk that I can always return the order and get refunded. Turns out the "refund" is a gift card that's only good for Massimo Dutti online store. I used the gift card to order pants, and they were the wrong size! (eu 50 instead of 40). So I returned them. I don't even know if it's worth my time to try to buy something again. I really wish I never used this app π
1. Fails to log in on Samsung S21 Ultra (Android 12) with same credentials working on other device and web. Error = Incorrect username and password combination. 2. When I try to change some profile info in the app, tax method and number fields are mandatory although company check is off and therefore I can't save changes.
Really the worst app which I ever have had used. Already months you can't normally please an order. You just can't order, when it comes to payment. Never experienced something like this before. Such a shame. At least I could make an order through the website.
The issue has been solved by seaching app in a playstore and find. But there was no uodate notification like in the current apps to update
The last update is a mess. It is difficult to get access to the menu. The previous version was a good experience. Please try to fix it π
Forces to turn on push notifications, or it wont let you use the app.

One of the best App Experiences to buy a clothes Through it 1- Updated with prices & Discounts 2- Had alot of ways to Pay through it 3- Reflect the Discounts 4- Easily to use and had a wonderful UI 5- you can easily check your historical orders list 6- also had a great customer service team The Brand itself had a great Designs and quality Actually I loved this brand.
The App is nice but the delivery of the item I purchased is still at the warehouse for how many days. The estimated date for store pick up is 2 working days and it's the 4th day today and I haven't heard anything from them no Emails and SMS.
Don't buy online! They hold the items for you and then reject the order after a long waiting. Lack of contact number! Only email. I havn't recevied my refund yet, and still waiting for their respond to solve my issue. Notice: my rejected orders should been delivered to one of their stores to pick up. The one shipped to home address was recieved.
I used this app for Cyprus. The order was delayed by more than two weeks and I couldn't even find a way to contact the seller neither by email nor by phone... Terrible experience. It is a pity because I really love this brand
While you have beautiful clothes, it is almost impossible to return an item, you go around in circles trying to figure out how to do anything. The interface is extremely unfriendly. Very sad, I love your garments
I don't understand this app concept. It should be a store app to buy clothe but seems MD is trying to chose what to wearnπ
Once in a while I falls for MD items and guess what? Never could purchase it easily! It's or login error (change the password again - it doesn't work) or payment error. It's so frustrating! Today I had to create a New account to buy things I liked, and then with the payment it all filed. The worst is that now I have this order being processed (been there, it will be denied) and the sweater was the last item so I cant make a New order. What a headache!!!
The new versio of mobile app does not show photos of items. Poor user experience!
The language is not setting, unable to get the QR Code. The help does not help at all
Absolute trash of an app. Customer service is non existent, I fully recomend others to avoid this joke of a "service".
That's not a bad app. But I'm surprised it keeps reminding me about "cashback" with potential "your affinity card" for more than three or four months already or even longer. Even if you push this reminder out of you screen, it returns with each change of the page. It's enduring. It's a little too much for marketing campaign, don't you think? I'm tired of it up to the point of not entering the app anymore.
Why is it possible to order just one item? It happened to me before and today as well. Like this, the app is completely useless to me. Error message is stock restriction. But I can order the items separately.
Payment always returns with an error but it withdraws money from the bank account. Happened every time in the last 12 months when trying to buy something. This led to me placing multiple orders which customer support couldn't cancel..
