This "app" has login issues daily. Says password is wrong every time and I have to keep changing it. And its not even an app. It just uses your preferred browser. It's bad. It doesn't even word wrap. It's annoying to navigate and impossible to do any task without potentially messing something up. Doesn't look anything like the screen shots shown. With all that money, you should be able to get a decent functioning, and looking, program. Taking my money out of this junk and changing companies.

Only three stars since I can no longer use it on my tablet. When I open the app, a message comes up saying that there is an update, but Google Play says the app is "no longer compatible" with my device. I'm using a Samsung Tab S3 running Android 8.0, just like my phone on which the app runs fine. I tried to contact the developers, but nobody at Mass Mutual could help me contact them. I've waited to write this review thinking that they might fix it, but they hasn't happened yet.

Unless the update changed things, it can't: change funds or deposit distribution or research fund historical data. As of 11/6/19, I have downgraded my review to 1 star. Last night, they updated it, now I can't even log in. They are aware of the problem, and are working on it, but for now, it's badly broken. As of 11/23/19 they have the app working, and added some of the functions that were missing. I now give it 3 stars. As of 6/28/21 I can't log in again. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling. Nope

Every time I want to connect I can only do it once and that's after I install the app for the first time. After that if I want to log in a second time I have to completely uninstall the app reinstall it to be able to login. Everytime I try to log into second time it tells me something went wrong, but it always works the very first time. I have tried this with a Galaxy s9 and the OnePlus 6t phones.

So it's fine for what it is, but it's lacking in features. There are no graphs to help you easier understand your portfolio. The app only gives you your amount in each fund and YTD it's pretty barebones. Getting to any of the funds prospectuses are impossible from what I can tell.

The app worked fine when originally installed, since the app updated, it has locked up and is absolutely worthless. Based on the messages left by other users before me, the developer has completely ignored the statements made and has provided no patch let alone any repsonse to the issue. Going back to my desktop for access to my $$$.

Have to recredential every time there is an app update. Which then makes you change your password, but it can't be any of the last 3 passwords. Then you have to biometric enable all over again through in app settings. This is so annoying.

App won't open. It keeps taking me to the page saying New App Available. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and restarted the phone. It inspires a lot of confidence in knowing my information is safe when your app is this buggy from the start.

Was looking forward to this app on my Pixel, however I can't get past the login screen. There's a message about if I am interested in calculating how much I should save for retirement? which I can not close. Thought that if I did say yes that the message would go away, but I was wrong. App is totally useless in it's current form. Bummer.

Same issue as other users. Cannot login. I know my credentials are good as they work to login from my laptop. Multiple attempts made being very careful to enter the user/pass correctly and even copy/paste doesn't work. Please fix. Useless app as is.

Completely unable to login to the app. I can login just fine on the website with my username, password, and security questions. But the app keeps throwing a generic "Oops, unable to login" error, which is not the same error I would get if I entered my credentials incorrectly. App is broken af.

App was great..then almost a month ago, every time I tried to log in, I started getting the message they were working on resolving the app issue. Tried a new phone..tried Uninstaller and reinstalling When it worked...I would have rated it well.

This new App is garbage. Half the time it won't let you log in and when it does the information on the app has 1/4 of what was available on the old one. Never had a single problem with the old app. Another case of "can't leave well enough alone" or in the alternative "if it ain't broke don't fix it!"

I had no diificulty with the app until today. I accessed the app with a mew update available. However, to update the app google play opens up and there"s two choices: uninstall or open. I press open but continue to get the same message with no clue on how to update the app other than going in circles between google play and the app. But now I have no access.

Offers some useful information when it works. Sometimes it won't let me login, other times it just hangs. Over time it has failed about 3 out of 4 attempts to use the app. Just use the website. Even tho that's also pretty bad compared to other investment companies, at least it works more often. Alternatively, pick a company that values it's customers more.

Thanks a lot for the update! Now my fingerprint recognition is gone and I can't even log in!!!! App just redirect me to my chrome browser to sign in... When I do it , it the brings you back to the app and nothing happens, why the update it was working fine, now it's broken!

Update made it unusable. I have downloaded and deleted it three times and it still results in login failure. Now I have to login to the computer to see my retirement which isn't as convenient as my phone. They really need to fix this.

I have the same problem with this app I have with their web site-at least when I access the web site via the phone. It NEVER recognizes my password, even when it's copies and pasted to the clipboard from my password saver. Same when it's copied and pasted from the screen or manually typed. this is the ONLY app and web site I have this issue with. Same issue when I change the password... the new password is never stored or recognized.

Idk what everyone is complaining about. Yes they updated the app. And yes I was having the same login issues, I couldn't even get to the log in screen. The app just kept saying update app, so I came here and it said it was already updated and it kept going in circles like that, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it works fine now. Everyone, please do that. Just like your computer, sometimes all you gotta do to fix it is unplug it and plug it back in lol

As of this past weekend, this app shuts down each timenI try to enter my password. My coworker was able to open it with no problem today. I tried force stopping it and uninstalling and reinstalling it with no success.

Entire purpose of the app is to be able to adjust your account. Whenever attempting to log in to the app for over a week it always says: "sorry we are working on fixing the app" please call us.... completely defeating the purpose of the app.

The app worked fine until the update. It won't let me log on. I put my new user name and password. It just keeps going back to the login screen. It is completely useless junk app now. If they can't get it fixed they need to restore the older version.

Can't login--- If this app was a vehicle, the check engine light is on. Last update was 9/2/21. Looks like you need an oil change folks. Let's get those mechanics to work and keep this vehicle operating smoothly.

I have a Samsung Galaxy 8+. The app worked yesterday but after the update, the Login button had become non-functional. I'm not able to access my account.

Everytime i open this app its needs updating. Now it is stuck on pending. O well. Web page it is. Was cool while they offered the service. Pertending to is kinda shady but my employer chose them so stuck. Wish i could switch.
