I wonder when this app was last updated. It worked for me this morning. This afternoon it gives me a Login Failed message :Invalid realm: Massmutual-com.
complete garbage. go to website, makes you download app. open app and try to add your accounts... you have to go to website. and then the website won't load. absolute trash
I have two account funds on my dashboard. Clicking either brings me to the same one. Very limited functionality compared to the website.
Really not alot of info. It is a retirement plan holder for an employer but you cant see the investment option available.
Apps like this are supposed to help provide easy and quick access to information. This one is, on average, clumsy and slow.

None off MassMutuals apps allow you to access your Massmutual Direct policy. Strange, as you are buying directly from the company instead of through an agent, you would think this would be a priority.
No matter which option you choose it just diverts you to the website which isnt an app it a redirect
It doesnt go into detail about your plan and any riders which would be nice

It never lets me sign in. EVER. My password is right, my username is right but every single time I try to sign in it tells me "Something went wrong. Please try again later." without fail. Please fix this issue!
