This is a horribly unreliable app. You would think that a company like Master Lock would have their act together, but they definitely cut corners and costs to provide a substandard product. It might go over well in third World countries, but lacks reliability where and when it counts the most.
Cant sign on. Cant change orginization to individual user. Been waiting for email, but no response. Even checked spam.
App works occasionally...which won't allow me into my work.
This version has a lot more controls than the eLock Vault. I love how they continue to improve it. They are great to work with and are responsive to input. Best app for business users.
Have had this lock on a wwtp gate for 4yrs now. Has been through every weather condition there is (PA weather) & haven't even had to replace the battery yet. Keeps people out & let's me in easily, worth the $, what more can you ask from a lock!
It's a solid app and product. The app is intuitive to use and has some great functionality. It looks like it will meet the needs of our organization.
Does not work. Ever since this was updated on Apr 1, 2020 this app just crashes when I select a lock.
Evidently no better than the last app that one drains your phone battery overnight this one you can't even retrieved your pass word, good work!
The Lock stopped recognizing the codes. The customer service never came back to me with a solution. It was just a waist of money.
app is up to date, but anytime i try to log in it says the app is not up to date so now im unable to access my locks.
It was a good deal @ the boatyard where I keep my boat when they used it!
terrible it will not allow me to sign in or login. I was not allowed to create an account either!
Love this app & lock amazingly easy and provides the best solution for my daily unlock lock needs with out being present

There is no F##KING WAY TO RECOVER USER ID ONCE SETUP... THEREFORE NO WAY TO LOG IN. THEREFORE A F##KING USELESS APP ALONG WITH OVER 100 USELESS BLUETOOTHLESS LOCKS... WHY NOT USE PROGRAMMERS FROM THE UNITED STATES INSTEAD OF INDIA?

I can't create an account. It only gives me the option to sign in, and it asks for an organization ID. I have no idea what that is. I can't create an account on the website either.
