Great app but wish you could change the order pickup time

The app is pretty good. One thing I would like to see them improve is when you repeat last order have it show which address it is being sent to. I could assume the repeat of last order is being sent to the same address as last time but there's no way to know. Also if you want to repeat last order and change the address delivered to, I don't see a way to do that.

The menu is well constructed, but I had lots of trouble completing order when I got to screen for my name and phone number, after entering items. The keyboard screen was blocking view of the 'next' or 'submit' button. I had to fiddle with it for awhile, almost gave up.

When trying to check out it continually spins, never reaches the page to enter payment info. The webpage that says "do not use this link unless you're on a computer" works much better, even though I'm using my phone and the site supposedly doesn't work for devices... Also, even if it worked properly, the app doesn't allow you to sign in using FB credentials, which is how I originally created my account. The website does allow for login with FB.

Horrible app. Cruising along to place a fairly simple order. Then, the build your own pizza. Three attempts. Every, single time, this app went nowhere but the "loading circle". Froze phone once. Uninstalled app 20 minutes after install. Phone order took less than 10 minutes.

Horrible app, great pizza. The app closes every time you try to log in, so you have to check out as a guest and re-input all info. Then when entering info during checkout it bugs out frequently, making it very difficult to check out.

THE APP DOUBLED MY TIP!!! My order was for just over $20, so I decided to do a Custom Tip of $6. My total was $26 and change. When I checked my email for the receipt, it was over $32 and said I left a $12 tip...WHICH I NEVER DID!!! Bunch of garbage. Hopefully the pizza isn't like the app...garbage!

Your order gets deleted if you have to pause ordering and come back so you have to start over. Payment info isn't saved between orders so you have to enter every time. Otherwise easy to navigate and understand.

Sometimes it glitches and will charge you more than once. It's an easy fix but took forever for the money to go back in. Other than that it's super easy to use.

The tip portion is deceptive, the tip is hard to add. If you aren't careful you can double/triple tip. Really annoying, tip at the house.

Very easy to use!

Had to use this to order from a particular restaurant. The app would not let you input your information and kept kicking me out. Finally had to sign out as a guest just to order! Will be uninstalling and ordering from a different place in the future because of it. AWFUL!

Slow and would freeze up and not let me select anything, had to start my order over. The design and layout are fine it just doesn't work well.

I tried to make an account. Every time I chose an auto complete option, email, phone number......i got kicked out of the app and had to start over. Eventually just made a guest order.

I like this app other than not being able to put my unit number on there. I can add it by my address, but it gets deleted. Same thing with Gate Code and special instructions. Otherwise it's easy to manage and order

Difficult to log in... difficult to check out... easy to get kicked back to the beginning and have to start with an empty cart for no reason.

App is too much jumping around to place coupon codes etc. Worst thing is it's inability to order delivery for another time than right now. If I want it made in 3 hrs from now, not possible

Easy to use app!

Awesome! Easy to use, efficient and has exclusive coupons. Every restaurant should have an app like this!

Great customizable options but when I tried to checkout it just kept loading. I had to start over with my order twice.

Was easy to use, but there was no button to actually add the menu item to my cart! Had to call in my order.

Had trouble registering for a rewards account through this app. Couldn't even order, wasn't taking the address at all. Had to call and order.

Credit Card Fields don't communicate with Google wallet. App Failed to load the first time. Easy enough to use. No idea if my rewards carried over from the website.

Easy to use, but the look and style for entering data is different than other food ordering apps.

Hard to find where to enter coupon code, had to try multiple times before order went thru, but i hear the pizza is worth the trouble!😋
