Slow loading eats up too much time on our clocks and the software does not comply with the HOS Sleeper Berth rule will not perform 7-3 this is unsatisfactory
You need to fix 5 minutes delay when stopped. And don't kick me out of personal convenience if stopped for 5 min in traffic or elsewhere. This creates huge problems later. Edit. I don't need to do manually anything. Please learn from Keep Trucking how to run software. Keep Trucking is like Tesla when it comes to artificial intelligence, but this is Ford model T.
POS. Hangs from time to time. Sleeper-split doesn't work. No functionality to trigger an alarm after 10h rest, or 8h in sleeper. When you're going home in "personal conveyance" mode and you're stopped in slow traffic it goes automatically into "on duty".
A Driver needs to be able to control drive times to switch from on-duty driving to off duty driving/Personal Conveyance. Make it also to be able to say Receiving/shipping Dock Maneuver that doesnt consume actual Drive Time or at least make it auto update to Driving mode after about 2 miles of continued driving.
Once you learn how to use the application it is very simple and easy to use, the people complaining simply have not done the proper training and are not patient. Eld support team is always there if I have any questions or issues.
Always updating, can't record correct times, always a 5 minute delay when stopped. Needs to be rebooted alot. Would give it a minus 5 if possible
This thing is garbage it gets stuck on loading and it spins and Spins I'm losing all kinds of time in Drive please fix this before I throw it out the window
The app was asking for updates. One hour trying to update the app and still not ready, I cannot start my day.

Is not working properly. Has a lot of bugs and issues. If you notify them about them, their managers (Jorge) will tell you to call the DOT and complain to them, then he hangs up on you. Lack of customer service. Rude and ironic when I dealt with them. They wouldn't even consider sugestions. There must be better apps out there than this one. Their excuse of being rude and ironic is that they have over 4000 users which they suppose to be happy.😕 I'm just a driver not Ecco...

I HATE the way it goes on duty from PC. That is not part of fmcsa and your developers could rectify that hateful item. I much prefer Keep Trucking as it's much more user friendly.
