Does not work on my Chromebook. All of the text overlaps and is not usable. On my phone, overall a nice app. Good workouts nicely structured to advance a student correctly. Unfortunately there are a few glitches in the videos. A good workaround is to find the described technique on YouTube, but that's a little annoying. Please fix the videos.

I've 48 years experience. person needs rotation, also needs to b noted that lower belts need only to practice in good form. NOTE not to try to go as high until proper form. The best will tell you the best instructors of any style needs basic b4 going advanced. it should show how a lower belt would perform the move as well as the advanced. A non advanced is open to injury for trying to perform as higher rank. the best advice I give all my students is use ur head, think, proper form, pratice
A nice app i try it but the problem is the workouts changes everytime meaning if you access the app and see the moves then a phone call interrupt. Later you will see the move changes. Also this should've been an offline app to make it easier like use it offline.

It's a great app. The only i concern is that the exercise is changing every time you visit it supposed to be fixed and it needs a proper instruction on how to execute the move/exercise some of the move in the 3d video are not good for begginers because it shows the form in the high flexibility.
Pretty good app for exercises! Has balanced workouts from white to black belt. Heads up to beginners, don't worry about keeping pace with the animation, solely focus on proper form. Also some of the programs have improper labeling and aren't set up right.
Over all it is good app. But i am very little bit dissatified with the problem of lag , when my internet is on with this they don't provide close option in ads. And i am sure that they can fix this problem in future.

I am a karate brown belt but haven't been able to attend my school during the covid-19 shutdown. I didn't want to lose my flexibilty and wanted something to help me practice. I have always thought Taekwondo was cool so I decided to try this app. Was suprised to see that its pretty good. Since I already know how to pivot and what not to do I can progress fine with this app. Just wish I didn't have to start at white belt as I already know all of those moves. Great app
Good. It will be more better if its animated person's movement will improve. Sometimes I felt that my hand style was not matched with animated person. When I try that it will more difficult.
It's really helpful during this lockdown period. I could not practice and go to the club. It app made it easy.. Thank you.. But the problem is that I could not practice my own belt training... It has to be started from the beginning..
I give four star because the app is good but the stunt are little bit difficult
Great workouts for improving your kicking. This isn't a teaching app, but if you already know the basics, this is great way to get better. Suggestion... app doesn't seem to carry workout history from one device to another... this would be a nice feature to add
It's not that good. Unless you're able to instantly get what to do and how to do it this is just going to leave you frustrated. I experienced many instances of not understand how I was to do something correctly and doing it incorrectly to then realize that well into the exercise. This was not mentioned in the app so I will let you know unless you wanna manly work on strengthening your legs this is not good at giving a full body workout out (from what I've seen so far).
It really gives me good techniques to use and make me workout more. I am able to learn new moves that I hadnt already use and am able to use defensive skills if necessary, would really recommend if you are able to handle the pressure the app holds and are able to finish the workout for the day completely
Makes you work. Definitely gets the heart rate going. Have only done white belt training at this point. However no clear instructions on how you should be doing the move. If not careful could hurt yourself by completing the move incorrectly. Reason I have given 4 starts as I wanted something to help me get my heart rate up and to learn. Knocked a star off due to know instructions. If you've not done any martial arts before the little video video can be confusing
Great app but as i lookinto it you have to pay to get all workouts, its just same thing over and over again if you are using the free version. They play ads but i did not mind but this is outrageous. Might uninstall soon
