MasterCard debit not available for MasterPass?! i created a wallet with 3 credit cards (Amex and Visas) and 1 debit (mastercard thru credit union). NONE of my cards were available on the app. Customer service wanted ME to contact each bank and ask if the card was available for MasterPass. So much work for promoting MasterPass to my credit cards' banking institutions. Isn't that MasterPass' job? The point is to make using your app EASIER. So disappointed.
Masterpass website says "scan QR code with your Masterpass App". How do you do this? I have no idea. I spent half an hour on the phone with Masterpass support before they hung up on me. They have no idea either.
Any card I have - especially with the Mastercard logo - I can't use with this app. This is really stupid because there is no point for this app if no card you enter is useful with it. I regret downloading this app!!!
SUX!! I can't use a single card out of 6 I entered. What good is it if none off your cards, MasterCard or not, if they're not supported? Developers or whoever needs to address this issue asap.
worked great for a week then suddenly at cashier app said my card was deactivated. it wasnt. tech support said to uninstall to fix. i wonder how reliable app is now.
Dumb app told me I had the wrong pin to sign in. Reset PIN still had issues. Had a vendor to cancel my order because of using this. Ugh! I uninstalled the app. Don't waste your time!
Did not work. Asking to log in every time and then create a pin. After that showing an error occurred. Just a waste of time.
terrible! whenever i try to make a new pin i type it in twice and it says wrong pin! cant even add my MASTERCARD card to the app. it says this card cannot be added. please fix
I can login on my PC and Mac just fine. This stupid app gives an error about my UN/PW being incorrect. This app is trash.
The card cannot be added, needs me to enter a pin that doesn't work to delete my account even though I gave my email and password already.
went thru entire setup.. told me i was all set. then my card wasn't available for tap to pay. useless
i can't delete my account after failed to pay emag with it,dosen't accept my pin and i can't reset because are not the same apparently...and i can't log in in browser too...fix and delete my account please
Months later still just says "wallet app no longer available. A better way to pay is coming soon" I guess I have a different definition of "soon"
My card kept getting declined while trying to pay with this app. I'm sticking to Google Pay.
Their largest partner is Citibank yet non of the cards work on this app. How sad is that?!!! Please just work with Google Pay and enable your card there
Useless. ISPs and delivery services try to promote the app in Ukraine, but none of the major and most used banks is supported.
Did they even test this app before releasing it? Even something as simple as the pin failed to work.
My Mastercard is not available to use for tap and pay with a Mastercard app...sad

Worst app I have ever used
Worst app ever. I would much rather use Android pay but my bank isn't set up to use that I guess so I'm forced to use this sorry excuse for an app. It tells me I need to finish verifying my card with my bank but they say nothing more is needed then to add the card. They suggested I call masterpass customer service but they can't help me either. Horrible app.
"A simple and secure way..." Ha!Horrible app, very difficult to get cards added. Password and especially the PIN difficult to reset, the MasterCard I added was ineligible for use with masterpass. With all the other choices for tap and pay available, there is no reason to deal with this app. I recommend android pay or Samsung pay, either is superior.
App doesn't except any of the 4 cards I put in. It says card not available for tap and pay. Then I called the help number that's on the app and one they don't speak English and understand your concern, then they tell me it's a bank issue? The bank has nothing to do with the app and why it won't except it. I tried all 4 cards. Something is wrong with the app itself. Wasted time and now someone has all my card info.
