Matador Radiant Pro Bluetooth BBQ Controller

The app works, But I think it still needs work. My temperature time graph makes no sense & there is no way to reset it, secondly if I set a meat probe temp to 205f it automatically reverts to 176f...3rd the alarms on the app are pointless, unless you set a different sound for each issue, it just comes up on screen bbq alert!!.... If the software creators can fix these issues & make the ui easier/better I'll be happy to rate 5 stars

Every time the bluetooth goes out of reception (and being bluetooth is a lot) the pit temp set point resets to 4 degrees f. Wifi control would be a lot better. Turbo off/on button is back to front. If these two issues were sorted it would be a great app

Very good app the only thing i would change is that the unit tracks the meat probes temperature on the graph not just the pit temp.Close the bottom vent completely and have the top vent open. Even though I set up my briquettes in a snake method this app and the fan makes low and slow no stress. Click the temperature line to highlight it so the bbq unit saves the setting.

Completely rubbish app. Purchased a Matador Radiant Pro BBQ last week. Downloaded the app to run the smart controller from my phone, Samsung S10. Worked on the first cook but has failed to connect ever since then. Tried reinstalling the app, resetting the phone, unpairing all my other Bluetooth devices but nothing. Unfortunately the app lets the bbq down.

Slow and unresponsive. Can't find my device even though my phone can clearly see it in the bluetooth available devices list.

App is basic but does the job. Haven't had issues connecting as others have described. Would be nice to have the graph separated by date/time.

not a bad unit definitely needs some tweaks alot of alarms go off for no reason. And would be good to measure meat temperature in graph dont need fan line in graph. and also be good to clear graph from 1 cook to next ps i think the unit itself needs a more powerful fan

Looks like it's the same issue for everyone. Digital thermometer connected via blue tooth on the first cook, now it's saying connection failed.

Connected to the controller once but won't connect again! I have tried everything. I have a Note10+

App needs some work. Easy I need to use the BBQ with the app, I need to uninstall the app, reboot your phone and re install the app. Then the app will work for that BBQ session.

First cook was perfect, 2nd cook still perfect but would not connect to my phone, bluetooth symbol is not present on unit display, very disappointing

The app well not work plain and simple. I read the reviews before hand and thought surely it couldn't be that bad. It is. One star is too good.
