The app is rubbish, the business amazing. service amazing. clothing amazing. please fix the app crashing non stop. it's killing me...
Sometimes slow loading times. Have to login every 5 minutes it seems, very annoying.
I have made 3 attempts using Afterpay for Matches items. It goes through fine, I get the email confirmation from Afterpay etc. But when it goes back to the MF site, there is no record of the order. About 12 hrs later, I get a refund & email from Afterpay. It actually says, 'as Matchesfashion would have advised you, they are unable to fulfill this order'-but MF doesn't seem to know anything about it & the item is still availble. They told me to contact Afterpay - terrible service.
It's very frustrating when using an android version of an app, every time when you go through the list of items and clicking on one of it you have to go back to the beginning of the list, not where the item was. So you need to scroll down again to see the rest of the items
Honestly I must say I'm very disappointed from the service of this brand.. Yes they have the top high end brands but the service is lousy. I found what I was looking for but after wasting my time I was not able to check out.. The worst part and the most disappointing part is that I emailed customer care twice and they keep telling me someone will get back to me and I heard nothing.. It's a shame that the top brands trust them with selling their products on such low class lousy platform.. đđ
Literally wouldn't let me buy anything. Like hello I'm trying to give you money. After trying to pay, it kept returning an error message. Even tried purchasing through the website but would redirect to the app and return an error again. Sorry did you want to sell me things or not?!
Very unstable app. Always glitches when there is a sale. The shopping basket disappears and I get the error message "Header overflow"., whatever that means.
Bought an item on sale for half the price it was originally on sale for. Great price and fast delivery. Came in a luxurious gift box. Very pleased over all.
Terrible app.. keeps asking you to log in... keeps reverting back to top of page when you look at an item... crashes and goes back to home screen
Why this app continuously is asking a permission and coulnd't execute? Even if I updated to the latest version. Suddenly seems to be reverted old version and the unique option is uninstall and re install an app.
Horrible experience , placed the order twice and they cancelled it stating security reasons , cant relate what security reasons they are upto despite charging my card. Very unprofessional and unethical online website , would suggest to use some other better trustworthy website to avoid all the hassle , they are not even worth a single star Guys please be cautious
It does not let me check out. I have uninstalled and installed this apps for few times now. I can't never check out any item. Worst app ever. What a sham because I love matchesfashion.
I ordered something and when it got to Norway I had to pay toll customs fee, I mean something worth about 475âŦ you have to pay a dap fee about 170âŦ dap fee Over all it does have good designer clothes m, I do recommend it
This app is a total waste of time it never let's u sign in even when they ask you to change your password to something new u do that then they don't let you sign in so what are they doing with your passwords they need to be looked into be careful Great brands wrong company running the app

After I have filtered my search, if I leave the app it deletes my search and i have to start over. Very annoying!
Love Matches Fashion however the app always glitches with the code header overflow. Very frustrating.

I dislike the recommendations, I buy what fits my style. Never a problem with orders, quick shipping, always a positive experience.
