Works once in a while. Logs me out all the time. Great for sending notifications for daily deal, but click on it and won't load. Pay your truck account, not even going to attempt until app runs smoothly. Too many bugs to name, mostly loading issues. Hopefully we can see an update with a fix. Love Matco, but the app is not working for me. Please fix. Android Samsung S22 Ultra & Note 10+
Nice that they have it. If using the app on your phone, don't bother. The website is much easier for browsing. On a computer it's good. They need more reviews on their products, and better specification information. They need better pictures of products too. Great customer service.
Not great, internal server errors all the at least twice a week, constantly logging me out, but always get those push notifications about the deal they have on a snap back trucker hat. When it does work, it's great.
The App is Super Slow.. ❤ Doesn't change color and gives error messages. I'm guessing the heart is to add item to your wish list. But it's not working. Please fix the wish list and make the App upload pages faster. Also please add the ability to add items to wish list from the Deals section/list. I'll edit my review when this things are fixed.. also if it's not a part of the wish list to allow sharing a link to the wish list for others to purchase as a gift.. please make that an option! Thanks
App is too buggy, says "internal system error" multiple times a day when trying to look up tools/look at account. One of the worst apps I've used
It's hard to like an app that sends you a push notification that disappears when you sign in so that you can't find the info you were interested in.
This has to be one of the worst coded apps of all time especially for a tool brand that has good quality. With younger generations getting into this carrier it would be wise for matco to update this app and really make it worth downloading. The UI is horrible to use and navigate the loading times are garbage and to top it off you get errors on certain items when you click on to them. Matco definitely needs a big update or they might as well shut the app down because its Poverty trying to use it
I like the idea. I love purchasing Matco tools. The app needs work. It's jumpy. I was scrolling through the new products and it we reset. I was living with that until it just closed on its own. I'll be back to see if it gets better.
Won't let me log into my account. Credentials wrong error or continusly loading.
Incredibly slow when it works but it usually doesn't work.
Horrible always logging me then says incorrect username or password I'm deleting app. I'll just call my rep

Tool balance on app does not turly reflect amount givin by tool rep. Kind of frustrating

This app was pretty sweet, pick up weekly deals, pay your bill etc. Then all of the sudden it boots me off, wont log in, lost distributor info and wont let me reconnect with my distributor...
I downloaded this app to be able to browse tools and save them for purchase when I have the money (I am a student) but it will not let me log in.. says my credentials are invalid.. and signing in on the website it accepts my password and all... if this bug gets worked out I will give more stars.
Can't access anything not with either number or email I have can get a code and all it says is error. Will delete app. Not worth the hassle
I like the app its convenient and very useful but I feel like so much could be done to improve such as a cart or a profile based for the customer to add there previously owned tools for warranty or future tools for need lists and a order button for your tool man can access and give you a delivery date or estimated date

Lost account and distributor information..... This app worked for like about 2 weeks and then lost my account info and distributor information he's approved it several times and it will not hook back up worst app I've ever seen!!!! You would think with as much money as Matco tools cost their app would be 100% top notch!!!!!
I'm not sure the problem others have with this app, but I love it. I place orders for what I want, then my distributor accepts and immediately gets ordered. I've received my tools same week as when he comes. You can pay your tool account through the app. Request broken tools to be warrantied. So far, I am really pleased with the Matco app!
Would be a nice app if it would quit crashing and restarting the page Try scrolling to look at items the page goes away and refreshes to the top.
If there was a saved feature to make a list of things to get or wants so to say, I would have given 5 stars, as far as browsing and pricing is great
App is almost unusable. Will randomly put you back at the top of the page or will not let you scroll.
App is convenient. Useful to find tools you need and also sale prices are great. Access to your truck account is nice. Keeps purchase history as well.
I really only wanted this app to pay my bill and I don't see anywhere that I can do that. Also says that my distributors number is not listed but he's been one for awhile now.
Not the greatest I no long have a distributor the one I had the number doesn't work for registration I'm just trying to pay my remaining balance with them its easier online than in the app
Decent app but needs worked and fixed. The app refreshes when trying to scroll through all the tools taking you back to the top. Many times if you look at a tool then go back to the page of tools it takes you back to the top instead of where you were. Also I have to close out the app and restart it when looking at my account. It likes to stay on the truck account payment page and will only go back there instead of all the options under my account. Need to have the sale flyers here as well.
