Prospective Civil Servants (abbreviated as CPNS) are employees who have just passed the acceptance test for the first stage of the Civil Servant Candidate selection.

Prospective Civil Servants have not followed the obligation to fulfill the requirements as a Civil Servant with a salary of 100%.

They are paid a percentage of 80% based on the CPNS decree that has been determined based on the laws in force in Indonesia.

        -Test Characteristics Test (TKP)

Field Competency Selection will be different depending on each Ministry / Institution, where the problem making is submitted to the relevant Ministries and Institutions. The Ministry of Education, Health, Religion and Law are several Ministries that carry out SKB in the CPNS test process.
