Material Notes

I like the true black background and the fact the app seems quite low on battery consumption and that it's ad-free. But I use the latest version (1.6.3.1) and the saving bug is still bothering me: occasionally, a note won't save, and I never know when it's going to happen (android 7.0). Maybe if there was a way to save notes manually, just to be sure, that would do the trick? Also, it would be great if notes could be saved directly to SD card. I'll give a better rating when/if the saving bug gets fixed.

I love the design, but when I tried to restore my notes backup after installing a software update (with internal storage untouched) it had turned out that the app hadn't been backing up properly even when I had pressed the button in settings (even with the storage permission granted). Would like to see this fixed.

really good features....just very buggy. had issues especially with the widget. notes dont seem to save in certian situations, the back button/arrow works weridly. wish it werent buggy since it has a lot of features i like

Last update corrupted older notes. They are gibberish symbols and alfabets in a random order. How to restore if possible at all? Nice app, if it would work as intended.

Splendid at a glance as it has almost everything. After using it a while (and supporting the dev), I'm sad to report that the app corrupts notes. That obviously eliminates its use. Edit: dev doesn't make it an obvious fact that the project has been abandoned, taking in the profits for a broken app. As an answer, they suggest to buy their new app (see their answer to this comment if they didn't change it). Do not support, there are far more advanced alternatives with developers who care.

This app is very nice to use but the SAVE ENGINE is not good at all somtimes it failed to save notes or edited notes.

No SD card support. No automatic backup option. What a shame!

This is my first time using this

I'm giving this a one-star review because I've been using this app for months. It's near perfect for me, but for some reason the save function doesn't work like it used to. I like writing short stories with this app and it doesn't save every minute, but frequently enough that the writing is usually salvageable. Until it failed to save 2 full hours of writing. I'm switching over to a different app after this. It's not worth putting up with this anymore.

I like this app. It has more features than most other note apps. I haven't experienced the problems other people have complained about. I created several notes with and without encryption and it is nice to be able to encrypt notes individually, rather than locking the whole app. I created a long note, and it saved without a problem. So I like it so far.

Unfortunately the other reviews are right... Upgrading to Pro breaks the app and corrupts notes regularly. Unusable.

Man I just lose 2 important notes due to your inoperante app. I just realized you stopped "development" why you didn't put a warn in the app? O just checked my notes today to find pure gibberish simybols and my notes are gone!!! Very irresponsible from you.

Excellent app thanks....but 1 thing is missing sync with email like color note please

My notes no longer save. It's not clear from the UI that there is a way to force notes to save, either. sometomes my uodates to my notes stay put, butnmost often they simply disappear. This app has let me down with lost notes too many times now, so I'm done

The app has a nice interface and selection of tools, including export as .txt, but very often the notes don't get saved, or it says they git saved but the next time I open a note it has content from before the edit, making the app not reliable at all. I'm using a OnePlus 6T.

WARNING! This app is infuriatingly garbagr! Don't write anything important that you wish to see the next time you open the app! It will get corrupted, you will lose everything and there is no way to retrieve saved information! Stay away please I'm begging you!

After editing, some of them get corrupted and mix the letters up to random characters
