Math Flash Cards (Free)

Really enjoying this app. I have competitions with my son as he is improving his math skills. My issues with the app: I wish you could see your scores in terms of how fast you did it, rather than how much time you had left, but the most annoying thing to me is when you adjust the timer in Settings and leave the app, when you go back in to the app, the timer goes back to the default setting instead of where you set it. So you have to go back into settings every time.

I really like this app. Very simple, flexible, no fluff included like awards or talking characters. I wanted a straight forward flash card app where I could limit the flash cards to a certain number set inside of a certain math function (practice only to multiplication by 7's or eliminate ridiculously easy options for a 3rd grader like 0 addition). I could choose timed or not, and my child could try again before the answer was revealed. I recently bought an ipad product and was VERY disappointed this app is not going to be available on apple products; the app is that great.

I used this with a 12 year-old that was lagging in basic math. I set the settings where I know she is, and I can slowly continue to challenge her and expand her skill. First time she used it, I told her she had to do it for 10 minutes. She stayed with it, her choice, for an hour until she got 100% in all 4 categories, based on the settings I had set.

My kids have been using this app for 4 years and they are in the top of their class in math. I love it because it is easy to use there are a lot of ways that you can control what you want them to focus on. And you get to see their scores. It has completely motivated them to be faster and better in the basics of math which are the building blocks.

I like how much you can customize it. My daughter has timed math tests and I can customize this app to her test. The only thing we don't like is that you enter your answer and then click Enter. That extra step takes time and/or coordination that only frustrates my 7 year-old. Not sure if she'll use the app or get used to it.

It needs to be improved for doing the multiplacation tables. Instead of having to select which numbers to remove, which means if you want to do the the multiples of 3 you have to start at 3x3, so at 6 you'd be starting at 6x6, that you aren't removing the lower numbers but instead are picking which number you want to practice the multiples of. So when you select 3 you're doing multiples of 3. Selecting 6 would be multiples of 6. That way kids can practice each set ofultiples,from the beginning. Otherwise there's currently no way that I could find to do anything other than multiples of 1 if you don't deselect it...and by the time you get to the higher numbers there's just no way of starting at multiplying by 1 and multiplying up to 12

Can be set suitably for age and skill so the child doesn't become frustrated. Can be set to focus on a specific number set, for example the 7 times tables. I used it with a 1st and 3rd grader, and have been pleased so far.

When screen times out, the questions set to opening screen. you loose all your progress and has to start again. Other than that, it works awesome. Something which can be added is support for regrouping wih rough worksheet.

5☆ Very easy to use. Pleasant back grounds and clarity. The options that we are able to turn off and on under settings helps SO much, such as the time bc it freaks my son out, benefits so.much and does so much better without time.

This app is a lifesaver. So easy to set up and use with very encouraging feedback for my young learner. He was struggling with math because he was counting and not memorizing. This app has really helped him memorize his number facts.

I love the way you can adapt the sets of cards to focus on your problem areas. I am over 60 and running the flash cards helps me to focus. I am currently working on getting 100% of 20 cards correct in less than 1 minute 3 times in a row.

Simple & clear flash cards with minimal frills. I love it. You can save the top vs bottom numerical ranges, choose a time limit, and other simple settings for each operation (+ - × ÷). Great tool!

I would like to be able to save the scores seperatly for multiple children. I would also prefer a stop watch feature so the children can see their improvement. I will use this app until I find one with the above capabilities

Perfect little flashcard app that covers all the basics. It even keeps scores so parents can check up on how the kids are doing. Easy to adjust quiz levels to foster success for each child.

Great app. I really appreciate the detailed customization options. just really wish you didn't have to hit enter to submit each answer. As you get faster, it definitely slows you down and gets annoying to do.

I was looking for flash cards that my kids could practice with and test them when they were ready. This is perfect! They can practice on their own, and then I can give a timed test for a prize.

My friend was the worst at math. She mastered multiplication and division in one week because of this app and told me to try it! If she didn't get better in math, she would have had to go back a grade. Thanks to this app for keeping us together!

Easy to use. Customizeable to addition, subtraction, division, multiplication. Can set how many cards, and how long the timer is. Perfect for my middle schooler.

Tried to increase difficulty by making my flash card sets include more than one type of function, I wanted to mix them up but I can't, and definitely like to see that as a feature

My age is above 12, but I still learn about factors of 1-20 in either bottom or top but sometimes I don't know a tiny bit. This game looks like it is great for easy to hard math skills.

Really appreciate this app. Always works, can't stress that enough. Love this app and how it really helps sharpen your mind, mathematically and numerically unequivoc towards becoming a better mathematician via in learning and understanding multiplication through progression. Great app, allows parent to set up cards exactly how you'd do them at home, except this way the child can sit & do them on their own! App keeps record of progress for parent to check to make sure kids competed their assignment! Def recommend!

This ap is the absolute truth. 100% good ap. 0 complaints from me. I'm 40 yrs old and this is so good and positive for me as I'm moving into furthering my edu. This gives me confidence and it's right on my phone. This needs more stars. I would pay a fee for this but there are no fees at all

It helps me a lot. I practice my multiplication with it every day after school. Math flashcards is the best thing I've ever had on my phone. It helps me with my math every day after school. Excellent for beginners or brushing up on existing skills. I like the settings ability to be used as needed to progressively learn math. Great job developers!

I needed multiplication flash cards for my son and the local store didn't have any. We've been using this app and it works great! And saving $ is always good!
