Math: Long Division
The long division is a fundamental concept of math, in particular at primary school. It includes the division of course, but also the multiplication, the subtraction and the multiplication tables, all math operations. Mastering the long division means mastering all these technics of math.
The long division includes all the skills developed in elementary school (and in K-12) in arithmetics (grade 3, grade 4 and grade 5, Common Core Standards: Math.4.NBT.B.6 for united states, and for primary school in general).
The application proposes two modes: training and learning.
In learning mode, the application shows you how to do the long division step by step. Each step of the math exercise is explained and detailed. You can choose the numbers, divisor and dividend, or let the application randomly choose the division to do. So, it will consolidate children's knowledge in math about the division, and will remind the parents the method (sometimes forgotten...)
In training mode, you do the long division step by step by yourself, like in primary school. The application detects the mistakes, such as forgetting the carry. It gives you indications if you need all along math exercises.
Several levels are possible for math exercises. The easy level proposes simple numbers, for the early learning of division (grade 3). The following levels proposes more and more difficult exercises (grade 4 and grade 5). One can choose between integer long division or decimal numbers, with or without intermediate subtraction.
The application computes a score from time and mistakes during the division. This gives motivation to your kid to train and let you see the progression in the long division.
Practicing math is important for primary school.
Note: The application uses vocal synthesis (it speaks) to comment the division during math exercises. On some devices, it will propose to you to install upgrades of vocal synthesis if you want to get better diction quality.

I love it!!! But there's one problem it says your percentage but it takes points off if it gives you help. Plus I think the help should be on a hint button so you can get better percentages!! Other than that it's a WONDERFUL App!!! So A good 4 star review. But if you could fix that it would be great!
Google couldn't even help me to refresh my memory with divisions. This app helped me step by step to remember by doing the work and understand the whys. I didn't want just the simple answer the calculator provides. I wish the voice could be controlled with speed and voice tone too, but that is not that important part of it.
App is pretty good and helps a lot with long division, And there are certain charms to this app that make it so much better. The visuals are pretty good to look at. Overall great for long division and or teaching your child, and no intrusive ads! 5 stars
So, this app is really amazing!! Especially for ex 5th graders who went to a bad school that never taught long division. I teach my self. and I got the hang with it!! It's q really amazing app. the only problem with it, is the ads. They are pretty disturbing. other from that COOL APP!^-^ -From a new Yorker
Perfect for my 9-year old. It walks him through every step, slowly and more patiently than I do. I don't understand the grading system, i.e. why he gets 39% for solving one problem but 57% for another, but that's not what I'm after. It teaches long division, and it teaches well.
actually the app itself its good. but it got too much ads that its bothersome. the ads came too early (just every one step) and it blocked the entire screen. i deleted the app for that. would've been better if the ads stays under/at the bottom of the screen.
I like the step by step it makes you do, but it will stop you mid problem to give you an ad which in my mind, makes the app near unusable. Ads are necessary, but for a product like this, just use banner ads, or at least wait until I finish my train of thought.
Gives FULL SCREEN ads IN THE MIDDLE OF A PROBLEM, sometimes within 4 or 5 seconds of STARTing a long division problem, also has Quotient in wrong place value. We HATE this App, and I have NEVER given an App only 1 star before. This makes it nearly impossible for a child to focus, and then it times the answer even in training mode. So, a beginner can solve the problem with no errors, but because of time gets a 38%, which my student found very discouraging, even though I told her to ignore rhe App...it was wrong and she did just fine, with no errors!
This app is okay I guess. I wish it wouldn't always give us hints and tell us the answers because then we get lower a percentage. I have given you 3 stars again because if you can't subtract something from another thing, like 5 minus 9, it will just appear wrong. Fix it please.Also if you don't want ads turn off your wifi or mobile data.
One has too clumsy controls. And when one needs to write "12" (as an example) then one first adds "2" and then "1", which is the worst thing ever.. or the smartest. One is not sure... Also; "per cent"!? Please change that to "percent". Now.
This app is very nice. I always get long division wrong at school. We are going to do exams and I have finnally found the right app! However the steps are way too slow. Please can you make the steps a bit more faster for us to update and then I will consider rating 5 stars.
Please consider Providing a Button named "Solve" and on click flash the final end result with resolved steps in one shot. This will help the parents to compare and verify the final results done through paper work. It will be much helpful functionality with respect to training kid's during examination time. Kindly consider this functionality with you're next app version release. The same applies for you're other apps like multiplication and addition apps aswell. Thanks in advance
I love the app. but I noticed a problem: it is difficult to finish a decimal equation; it gets cut off at the bottom and is very difficult to drag and drop the numbers on the right spot.
This is perfect, it actually helps me. I'm trying to get my GED with this because I have problems with division. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the words are too fast! Everything's kinda sped up, I'm slow. Is there a way to change speed from slow to fast for other people and me? Please take this into consideration, thanks a lot and in advance.
I love this app it is so helpful it helps you to learn your 14 times table and it makes long division looks easy but there is one thing I do not like is that it gives a break all when there teaching long division but apart from that it is really helpful to learn long division
Pls download this app it is so helpful after 5 minutes I knew how to do long division. I used to not know how to do long division now within 5 minutes you will under stand how to do long division. First u need to click the learn then the the other one to do it your self. There also is a multiplication table to help you. Please get this app it is so helpful for school if you are a fourth grader like me and you have a F- in math then get the game to turn that frown upside-down :)

Really doing good so far but I was actually doing the best I can and it's like the app is so helpful so it can help you with the math equation and I really love this app because I am going to be in third grade and I'm already in third grade right now and I'm not starting school though but I'll get to start school again and like September or August and I am so glad that I installed this app and other people that is new to this app I hope you'll give this a five-star review
I can't get through a math problem with constantly being interrupted by ads. I can't focus and I can't learn like this. Plus, the way it tells you to do subtraction when you have to carry is completely different from what I was taught. And I know this is a math app, but there are tons of grammatical errors.
This is extremely awesome, i can just type in my questions and the solution we kick off, I love that. And all is accurate.
I love this app. It's so helpful. It's the best long division app I have ever seen. This app can slove most of my maths problems. Some people may think long devision is hard but with app all their long devision problems can be slove.

It's the best app!!! And it's great for me.. And I don't need a hint on it cause it's so easy!!!!! and it's good for kids to learn division... because you all need to do is put the right answer and if it's not right you can't put it... so I'm gonna give this wonderful app a 5 stars.

I love this app, it makes long division easy to understand and I am confident that my daughters' maths in this regard will improve extensively. The breaks are irritating.
Its really great and fast to learn especially for children i find it very difficult to solve especially when it comes to long division but with the help of this app ive really really learnt a lot.

This is a pretty good division app, it taught me another way of doing the operations. However, when the problem becomes really big and takes up lots of space, it doesn't let me scroll down do you can barely make out the numbers. If you could freely scroll whenever you wanted to, that would be nice, as in to READ THE NUMBERS YOU ARE DEALING WITH.
