Before free trial, I cancelled the subscription but still my money deducted. I have given each and every proof with statement but Matific team saying they don't have any record and they asked to take it from Google. Very bad experience.
It's a wonderful mathematics app for kids I will recommend to all to try this definitely it's a wonderful app. ☺️
I have just downloaded this on my daughters iPad, it works fine on my Samsung but when she opens it on her iPad none of the levels will load. They get to certain percentage and they don't go any further.
It's a wonderful mathematics game that all kids love including school students and other kids.Log onto this app pls because if you have children your children will be addicted to the game and will play everyday.Its good,fun and is a game that your kids will be on everyday.Have fun and enjoy the matific maths game😄🤓👍😁❤
Great students love it. Very easy to use. Time saving for teachers. Good diagnostic tools as well.
My child enjoys using this app, there's a good level of engagement and motivation, more so after the refresh in September 2021. We signed up as this refresh came out and we had billing problems (charged twice), were locked out of the app entirely for a few days and then a whole section of the app stopped working for several more days. Emails to support were answered within a day, issues were eventually fixed (after several emails and follow ups) and our subscription was extended as a result. Would give five ⭐ if it wasn't for all the bugs and billing problems.
Good app but very dissapointing. We have been trying to get some work done but it just switches off
We have this at school so i have a free password but its not working
Very poor it work in competition at some level without issue after that it's not saving . Showing no network. I have 1 Mbps speed still it shows. If my brother can't win it's only because of your fault. And also adding that it has very bad touch response if he click 9 it will be 8 . Very bad response. After checking these only do competition to students.
More than 25 % of the screen is used by title of the level which leaves very less space for the number pad which in turn becomes hectic to give answers fastly as it receives wrong input most of the time due to small number pad and wrong touch sensing. My kid lost many of the points due to this bug.
It is not targeted to the children's individual issues and does not make it easy to locate relevant topic matter needed for mathematical practice. It's UI does not adapt to different interfaces and lacks accessibility. I would not recommend any school to use this service.
It's waste of time the app is not working I have just scan code and it's keep saying wrong password can't even reset new
It says start for free and then asks for purchase. I paid for a month to try it but when i log in it says password doesn't match. When i use forgot password, it doesn't send any mail to reset it. Tried to call the company but no answer.
Doesn't work. Was hoping this app would work for the kids so they didn't have to login through a browser, but it won't open. It flashes on, then automatically shuts down.
Pretty good app for learning but there's a glitch at my school on the iPads matififc doesn't work and we even reinstalled it but when we logged in it said oops the weather is quite rough today check your internet even tho the internet is perfectly fine and it is regular weather so plz fix it so me and my friends can play.
Was all working until the latest update, now freezes and says app is not responding, I thought it was the tablet unfortunately it does it on both my phone and the tablet. My child thoroughly enjoyed this app until this started happening.

It's awesome app just because of it an apportunity to children to learn with play.This allows kids to keep in mind what have they learned earlier.And multiplayer games like world game and class game helps them to test their real results in front of any competition. A will definitely suggest to use this app for kids.But I am facing one problem here is that once I logged in the app, it works normally but when I close and open the app again it should be logged in agin.Please fix this problem
There is a blocker on the balloon level. Cactus does not appear after choosing the number of balloons. Nothing happening and only option is tap back button and quit to main map. Fix please.
Extremely poor user interface. Absolute trash. In max cases it says cannot connect to server.Even when it opens,it is always in landsacpe mode. No X or < button to close the app. Sometimes hangs. Poor interface and slow.
This is the best app for learning, and had wonderful levels to play, but I can't open the parent's zone I have strong network but then also I can't open it so please try to fix it
App splash screen pops up then promptly disappears, ie app crashes. Developer asked for more info, don't know what else to tell them.
I subscribed my daughter, she is a math addict!! She really enjoyed the first time, but the next day, when we tried to enter it says " incorrect username or password", even though we used the one we registered. We went through the "I forgot my password" procedure....it takes us to nowhere.It's already a week that we cannot use it. I don't want to pay for smth I cannot use. How do I cancel my subscribtion?
No proper instructions regarding competition conducted by this app...actually we played more than 25 rounds...after that it showed no internet connection...your progress may not be counted...how is this possible to go 25rounds without internet? Total waste of time and data.....
As a parent to a first grade child it's amazing to view the child enthusiasm to learn and try new content that didn't being work on at school . Awasom in terms of learning and achieve learning skills to Covid-19 area.
The app stopped working after last update. When in a question page the screen just white out. Please fix for my child is falling behind. This is on a Smart Tab N8
Hi! Sorry. There is one slight problem if you can fix it right now or whenever but it wont let me see the block where i put the answer and it doesn't show the numbers either will ou be able to fix this?
How does one update to the latest version? I've tried Uninstaller and reinstalling but the app keeps telling me I need the latest version. Now my 6 year old is having a total arse-collapse.
sort of baffling. The splash screen says 'get started for free!!!' and then the very next screen says "$10.99/mo". You don't get to see the game at all before being prompted to make this choice. Two stars because the art that I did see looked nice. EDIT: paid for a subscription, played with it for a while. Game is boring. In six months, this costs the same as Skyrim, and there is almost no content. Baffling.
