Hate this app. Does not work 95% of the time. You can't upload documents that need to be uploaded. Go to FEDEX at least it works.

Total garbage!!! Won't let me upload documents. Pull up the part to retrieve images from gallery, no imagine appears. Tried to upload without seeing the image and app crashed. Also tried to just take pics of the documents click done and app crashed. I see them post that nobody else has this problem on many different posts of this issue. Go to the help link n they'll get back to you in 2 business days, unacceptable!!!! Just fix your app already!

On an Android phone Galaxy S7 Edge, this app doesn't work, when you try to select an OTHER "reason for leave" after you make your selection there isn't any way to choose the menu window and move on. There is NO OK BUTTON or the window should close automatically after you select one of the radio buttons. You guys should REALLY test your SW BEFORE YOU RELEASE IT.

Counterintuitive, poorly designed, and the try again error to file a claim meant braving the 3+ hour hold time to file by phone. If i rated that, it would be lower. The examiner in the app is wrong, navigation is difficult. Just a bad app.

If you call on the phone, they push this app incessantly. The app is horrible to use, fails to upload documents, and my service representative was non-responsive. It took my HR rep emailing them to actually get a response, and even then it was only that one response. Horrible experience.

Nothing there when I log in. Get a text message that says your claim has new documentation but when you look under entitlement information it say "NO DATA TO DISPLAY" same thing with the website. Then when you need to contact your person good luck. The only way to get a response back is through a manager. Already had 5 people I have worked with during this claim process and the company has no clue what they are doing. Good luck trying to talk to a live person as well!

I have had very good communication fom my claims officer. If the app is lagging, there are phone numbers and email addresses as alternatives. I have nothing but positive feedback for my assigned officer Laura Johnson. I feel like she understands life without a paycheck. I'm about the employees more than the app. As there is no save or print function. I emailed Laura for copies of certain paperwork, and she obliged. Also, creating an account was simple.

really bad. i thought maybe it was just me but after reading other reviews I'm not alone. The company itself is horrible. I've dealt with a different claims examinator every time ive had to call. I got 2 dorect deposits then mailed checks. There are huge gaps in payments. I'm not sure what's more useless. The company, the app, or the website. I can't get anywhere to find my actual claim status. the payment tab is completely empty. i ran out of characters to complain..........................

This app won't even download. I haven't heard from my examiner and I have been getting mixed automated messages saying they have received my paperwork and that they have not. There is no option to submit anything on the website as an attachment so if you don't have access to a fax machine you are screwed. Would give 0/5 stars if I could. Last time I was forced to go through them for work it took 6 months before they had it so I could be put on the schedule at my job.

Terrible service. We just had a baby can't contact my examiner through email or phone. All I need to do is submit her birth certificate but the app keeps giving me an error everytime I try an upload document. Just tryin to get this over with so I don't need to worry about it during an important time in my life and there is zero communication or help

Not sure which is worse, the app or the service from this company. Had issues with even starting an account til I called them and then issues with uploading and downloading things. Overall the first 6 weeks went OK, but my last 6 weeks I stopped getting responses to calls or emails like they just want to push you off of the short term or long term disability you pay for with your money through your insurance. Hope to never go through this again and will urge my employer to find someone new.

Incredibly slow and very unprofessional the agents don't give you accurate info and then email you back wanting more info I wouldn't recommend any company uses this company it's one mistake after another on their part if they would be clear In what they needed from you from the beginning and wasn't so slow it would he ok but this is the worst experience I ever had

App doesn't let me log in and keeps crashing. I can only access the desktop site on a computer. Not sure of it's an Android app issue or not.

This app keeps crashing when trying to upload documents. Also, if I do get a successful upload I cannot see the document that I just uploaded.

This has to be one of the worst apps and services ever. The app is worthless cause no one will answer you thru it and the company/service never answers calls or emails back no matter if you go thru your app, email, or phone!

Can't upload documents. Always get an error that says server downtime or capacity issues. 4 days straight... no support or bug report button either

Not friendly user

This is one of the most unorganized dysfunctional company's ever and the app reflects that, it didnt work for months and their case workers don't even know what cases they have or whats going on with them, just trying to get out of doing any work and avoid accountability when they make mistakes. Horrible company services & products!

Horrible app, don't get me wrong it's easy to file a claim but when it comes to uploading documents it's no good, everytime I try to upload documents it always gives me an error or to try again later.

I could never establish an acct. App keeps dismissing the info I put in and tells me to reset password. How many times do I have to do that? Now the App is locked due to too many tries 😠 I have sent in all my papers and Dr appointments and still don't know if my claim has been estabilished. Why do they make it so hard to get established? Real people in pain and suffering just left in the dark to find their own way through this maze.....

The app is the only thing that works. Good luck trying to talk to someone. Horrible communication and they always say they don't have your paper work. Hard to get anything accomplished when you cant get a response in a timely matter.

Terrible performance, won't save your password, get errors saying their server is down when trying to upload documents, get errors when trying to email my representative. I don't know how they convince companies to pay for their service.

Worst service. The app is convoluted and clunky. I've been using both the app and the website to try and get ahold of my examiner who is like an absentee landlord. I'm very concerned that I'm not going to receive my pay. Matrix does not have enough staff and have that ridiculous announcement at the beginning where call volume is heavier than expected.18 months into the pandemic it's time to start hiring additional staff stop using covid excuse. Please have my examiner call me. Please. Please.

It was very hard to make an account beacuse of making the security password and every time i would put in my anwser it would say you need a specific amount of number and you need to put some weird answer. Its stupid.

I'm trying to creat my account but it requires my DOB. I had to click backwards 612 time to get to my birth year and it still prefilled as 2020. Why not use a drop down or let us type the info in? Thanks but no thanks. Deleting the app and notifying my employer of the HUGE issue.

doesn't give me much hope when I can't even get my account created. I entered all my info and hit enter and it just stays on that page instead of continuing to the next step.
