App is so outdated, slow, lack of features and tools. Having used Rapid Response before, their app is extremely more efficient and useful. Hopefully some updates roll out but doubtful. Looks and feels like something from a flip phone. Very disappointing.

No history since last update. Useless . Also session expired popup is annoying. still broken since October

Loses sign in credentials. Log in fails regularly. History and account data weak. Slow.

This app is so slow. Constantly locked up while logging in or it will not login me in. Needed to use it 3 times today but could never login. Always have to force close it first to open it because it said it logged me out when I logged out myself.

Does what it's supposed to do... it would be nice if within the app I could choose how long the system goes on test/disregard... right now it predetermined by monitoring station... a few other things.. make changes to zones... and account details... take off test even if I didn't put on test from app and the opposite..
