The color formulas don't work. Even going from a level 5 to a level 5 it tells you it't not recommend because it requires more left then color is recommended for???😕 And the virtual color try on crashes ever time I open it. Ever time I try to go to another part of the app it crashes and I have to reopen it. I'm uninstalling it. Great concept. To bad it just flat out doesn't work.

I log in and am unable to get the screen to stop loading. I am in cosmetology school and this app would be very useful to learn all the products offered at my school which are matrix products. Please fix the app so myself and all my cosmos girls at school can make use of this app that has great potential. As a tools for learning but also showing clients the benefits of the products.

Not that great. I didn't see results where I could really see what other colors would look like. Great concept but results not as great as idea. Uninstalled right after trying. No waste of space on my system thank you.

I have tried many times to get into the app, it won't stop spinning like it's going to open and never opens!! What the hell is the problem??? We as professionals download this for a reason!! This is disappointing!

Downloaded to try on virtual hair color. Never could because it froze every single time I tried and had to shut down. Whether I was uploading or taking a pic within the app. Every. Time.

thought it would be a great app to use, downloaded it and it has not worked at all. I sent 3 emails about it in the few days Ive had it, got nothing. do not download save your space and time

Please get it together. When i first downloaded it there were problems ,but it was also helpful . Now it just spins. I dont want to uninstall because it has potential .I do need you guys to fix it though

So apparently you don't like Canada in registration. I have been a Matrix user for over 20 years. And now I'm unable to use this app not impressed.

Cant enlarge thumbprints. Layout is clunky and awkward. Navigation is difficult. Cant access many features like formulations...pls fix this app had a lot of potential!

7/16 still a pain... Says it can't connect to the interwebs on wifi or network. Can't log in, can reset password, cant do anything! 4/16Crashy, clunky, crappy... Not helpful at all, can't find what I need, text too small/can't zoom. Easier to ask on Facebook and wait for a response!

The new app is superb.. so easy to use. Very good UI and navigation options.

Can't get past first screen. It always freezes and has to be restarted Kama then starts again the same way

Shuts down when trying to formulate. And none of the other features were available. ..ever had this app for a few months not one thing worked ever

Great idea but horrible app! Nothing works formulations always say it can't be done honestly what's this app for? Just to take up space?
