I have been using matrix sim card past over 7years for my mom who had been going and coming back to India from USA. Though sometimes there was connection issues, specially after landing to abroad and support care is not that much active, but they are genuine, and they do resolve issues.

The worst sim card service i ever had , took their sim card from india from the customs, it took 4 days to get activated in usa, even after recharging i can never call anyone back to india , i can never even send messages and surf the internet properly.. each time i dial a local or international number to call gets cut automatically, the app itself also doesn't shows any data or talktime left.. provided i also tried activating the card on the app and i still couldn't do it.. 0 stars from me

This app from Matrix is ​​very good. It has all the information. Forex cards and currency rates are also good. Service is also very good. Excellent

Please try out their support call number before making a purchase. My SIM failed to work when I landed in the US. No one picked up their support number, despite waiting for over 10 mins, multiple times. Choosing the 'New connection' option on the IVR menu resulted in the call getting picked up within seconds. But alas. The sales rep simply forwarded me to their support division. Heard the same annoying music and ads for another 10 mins before giving up. Buy this only if you are feeling lucky.

Horrible. Totally fraud company. I bought a sim in India for my Europe tour. The package had 500 minutes of outgoing calls. But after hardly 15 minutes of calls my balance became zero and all outgoing calls and smses were barred. The sim card agent as well as the technical team not responding during the whole day. These frauds never think how this can put someone in such troublesome situations in an unknown country. Totally not recommend

I was traveling to UAE and requested for a sim with all the proper details but I was issued a UK sim and when asked about this they said they usually do this. What's the point of giving a UK sim when travelling to UAE? My friends in UAE were being charged for an international call when calling my Matrix issued sim. Word of advice, don't buy sim from Matrix or anyone in India, get the sim from the country you are traveling to, you get way better data pack options and cheap price.

I took a sim for 14 days with 5 GB net and 500mins local and india outgoing. It cost me around 3400 INR after a certain discount. Comparing to other deals in the market, I think this is a good option to go for. Just remember to off all you phone sync. Apart from that, the service provided by Mr. Divyajyoti from matrix was outstanding. He was connected to me from the day I had applied for the sim to the end of my trip. So, my queries were solved instantly without any hassle.

While purchasing a UK calling card at Mumbai Airport it was mentioned that the card is pre-activated. However every few hours I have been receiving mails and messages to activate it after downloading their app. Not sure what all data their app will access while forcing me to "activate" an already active SIM

I was traveling to USA and was in need of Forex Card and currency. I got a reference from one of my friend about the forex who recently took Forex from Matrix. The forex team of Matrix was Awesome and had issued me the forex card and currency without me stepping out of my house. The transaction was done without any issue and the support extended by the team is appreciable.

Guys, please look for some other options. They are cheaters. Example I got a UK SIM for 4540 per month for unlimited calls. But they stopped service after 750 mins. I enquired and they added 250 minutes again it stopped. When I asked them this time, customer person is saying there is no such plan and asking to check with the person who gave this sim in airport. Even in this app they have mentioned as unlimited. When I asked the same they are saying it will be updated soon. Also no proper services.

Please "DO NOT BUY" matrix sim card. I bought 2 for my Orlando, FL trip. They did not work in any theme park. I reported it but no resolution. Internet I never was able to connect. These guys have not returned my money. plus this app is fraud, it keeps on reminding to activate card even after activating it. This is worst trap. DO NOT buy this. I have gathered data to lodge official complaint. ZERO STAR !

I'm in the USA right now.. The Matrix card is not work 4.5 K wasted.. Don't buy this card, put this on social media.. The advisor at Mumbai Airport said it will activate on landing...He never informed that you have to download the app and then activate it manually via a cell no that comes through email. So you have to depend on airport WiFi to get that email. Even then the new cell no received in the email does not work. The app returns the error asking to login wit more errors

Worst app, who did you get to design the UX of this app. It's just the worst, so much trouble just to enter date of birth. My Sim card did not get activated and your Sim card delivery agent never told me that the phone is not compatible. This matrix is just a bunch of cheaters, please do not purchase matrix it's very troublesome. I want my refund for the Sim card.

Worst experience. Won't recommend. Given a faulty sim which was not pre activated and then customer care says that i should have called from there to Customer service to fix issue and hence they won't refund. Why will someone buy a matrix sim if they have some other alternative available to call their customer care? This simple thing they don't understand.

Would have given negative, if it was possible. Liars and cheats. Make tall promises on the airport while selling but nothing happens later. Sold me a US sim saying this is a Canadian Sim. People in Canada are paying fees to call me now. Highly unethical. Stay away.

Useless Product. Bought as SIM for UAE paying 1000 rs and supposed to last a week. It lasted exactly one 49 sec phone call an about 3 minutes data usage w Google maps. After that started getting I gave exhausted my subscription or something to the effect. The so called support number couldn't be contacted. PLEASE USE OTHER OPTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL USAGE INCLUDING INTERNATIONAL SUBSCRIPTION PKGS FROM MAINSTREAM OPERATORS

I have very bad experience. I purchased Matrix SIM card for Indonesia this month. I was promised that I would get some minutes of outgoing call in the package but when I tried my very first call from Balikpapan, I got message that my balance is zero. I am not getting only free incoming calls.

I had a very good experience touring Europe carrying a matrix sim card. I had good data connectivity and I had little trouble making calls to India and Europe. Only the APN setting needed to be updated as I travelled through international borders. Mr. Divyajyoti Sinha of the matrix team made sure that I had no trouble with the whole process, starting from the payment, the activation and documentation and post sales support. I take this opportunity to thank Mr Divyajyoti Sinha and the whole team.

Horrible! These guys promise activation on landing but absolutely nothing happened. Repeated calls and they say customer service will call back but nothing. After sometime they don't even answer. Do yourself a favor and get international roaming plans from your carrier!

irresponsible company, waste of money purchasing Matrix SIM card, I purchased SIM card on commitment from sales person to get high-speed 4G data connectivity up to 5 GB after that normal speed, the moment I landed in foreign land started getting normal speed data connectivity, asked support team and got confirmation that there is no 4G connectivity they are providing, and said sorry if sales person has told wrong information. Means are you guys really serious about what you are doing???

Useless application and services, after entering USA no network coverage struggling to get any help. On this app there is no support for network or connectivity issues. So not reliable at all.
