Please!!!!! Update this app to work on Android Nougat (7.0.0). You guys have had plenty of time to update this app but instead you have chosen not to. It's been almost a year since you have put out an update. You have really dropped the ball. As a business owner, untill you update your app I will no longer recommend it to anyone!!
Recently updated Matrix Video to version 3.6.4 . Now the app has completely stopped working on Samsung Tab 3 ( Android 4.4.2)
Since last update it delays so much to open and it's very very slow please fix it.
I have Android 7.1.1 and it works perfectly for me! You just have to have the correct IP address, username and password.

my sites disappear every so often and i have to keep re-entering them. very annoying. Samsung s7.
I can see all of them at once just fine, but when I want to see a single one it takes forever to load
App does not work plain and simple. then it does not allow you to remove it once installed just open. Now your going to force me keep it???
It takes its time to pull video up you can look at all your camera at once but you tap one then it cycle again
Would say 5 star however for some reason it stopped working. Check and recheck ip address. Still no connection. No sure why it stopped working all of a sudden.
Since upgrade to 5.01 the app, which had to be uninstalled/reinstalled, you cannot configure a site. It worked fine in kitkat
Camers work fine when im lookig a the 4x4 grid. When i click on one single camera it freezes.
The video is skipped by 1 second.
Everytime I try and log into this app, it tells me NO SERVER RUNNING. (10) This is very aggravating!! I don't know what this means!! Fix it or tell me what's wrong?
Great application and very easy to use on my phone. But, only thing that needs to be fixed is that since the last update it no longer works on my tablet(google nexus 7) that is running Android 4.2.1 The application is not even available to download. Matrix needs to update so that remote view can be done on Android devices running above jelly bean.
Will give a 5 rating once there's an update. It worked great on my HTC one, but since the last update it won't open. Contacted tech support several times to no avail. Please help fix
Not working for me even though it used to. Just says "No server running.(10)" even though I have all the correct information put in that I had when it used to work. I've even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling and then it won't let me add the site again. If it let's me add the site though it still works and says no server running.
No longer works on my Android Galaxy S II. Was working fine until 4/3/14, now no longer showing any registered sitegs. Even uninstalled and reinstalled still will not work :(
Former ADT tech now Tyco tech. Of all the systems I have installed this one has the best app hands down.
Simple and easy to use. If u get no server message then you have the wrong IP address in. If you cannot connect remotely at all your IP address changed. Go to ipcow on your computer and it will show your IP. Then go into program and phone and put the new IP in it will work

There is live and search option in an app but search is not working with this update.

this app only works if you have an online pulse account. it gets the stream from that site which makes it even slower than just going to pulse due to middle man connection. i dont see thr point. make video slower? i was looking for an app that connects directly to adt camera or pulse box. no directions or instructions of how to do this. wants password and username to adt account.
