This app has too many issues and is a big headache. Doesn't pick up location, says I didn't clock out even though I did....multiple times in one day with same client, will not show the schedule change on my end but does in the office. Scheduling let me know that I was not the only one having the same issue.

I understand the concept of this app, if it worked it would be Gucci, but it doesn't. And at the end of the day I still don't get paid on time or have to work an extra hour to make up for it!!!! This is not okay 😕 sometimes it won't sync, sometimes it won't let me login just goes back to a blank screen. Please fix this app since we have no other choice but to use it.... "ridiculous"

You need to update the app so that we can reply back to our place of employment. It's not right that the company I work for can leave little notes or make announcements but us has employees can't respond back. Your app changes times for clock in and clock out on it's own. Those of us who use this app to clock in and out for our clients need to be able to change our times ourselves and it be acceptable has task completed so that we don't risk not getting our pay check!!!!

Need upgrade,useless app. I have been trying to log in from December 2021 on still no success, I am over it, cannot see my task or schedule, the office kept giving me reset password and that doesn't help.

Worthless app. Nothing but problems. Have to regularly change password, but never recognizes old password. Doesn't sync on a daily basis. I have uninstalled. Will try to install again to see if it works.

Right now I am locked out of my app. I'm at a clients home and can not check in or out. This app. has also dropped my check out time after I've checked out and even lost the signature of the guardian after it's been signed.

When i first got the app it was fine i was able to use but when i bought a new phobe and installed the app on my new phone ita not letting me it keeps telling me the tenant name is wrong the app dosent give any options to fix the problem i need the app for my job thats how i clock in and out so if youcan help me with this issue would apprecaitive Sharon

Just wondering why this update doesn't have in sign out option in the box with the company's name thats using it. This feature usually allows you to sign in and out so can you please fix this.

At first app was great. But after 2 weeks nothing shows up in tasks to do documentation. Which then requires my boss to send me emails to do paper timesheets so documentation get done.

I can't download the app. I have registerd in but, i cant download it. It just keeps on buffering. This is useles. Ive been trying for 2 days... OMG

Gives me daily error messages no matter how i check in. This app drives me crazy with malfunctions. Can't stand using it and feel spied on.

It would be great if you guys had a log out button for people that work multiple jobs that uses the same system because I have to uninstall and reinstall to change profiles

It randomly locks me out, it randomly does not submit documentation and or time. There is no rhyme or reason to it.

Everymonth force to change password.. that app is storing your old password thats why its keep asking for new password.. kind of annoying app very hard to use..

I find this app undependable and never know when it is going to ask me for another password and then lock me out.

It won't sync to let me clock in and out.

It tells me that my password is incorrect if my 4-Digit password and there's no way to fix it

This app is very convenient. Clock in, out, and manage my time with ease

It works fine but when I try clocked out it won't let out the signature wich counts of not clocked out

Sometimes after clocking it the check boxes disappear and you can't continue your charting.

I Always have trouble with this app. Checking in and me out late and doesn't let me login or out.

Doesn't work half of the time. There's always some sort of glitch!

Worked well then.... keeps crashing won't stay open

Had a couple bump at first but now it easy riding love it just cant see last week schedule

I downloaded the app but it won't show up on my apps on my home page.

When we clock in and it say checked in you always get an email saying your not clocked in

The app isn't showing my hours for present hours or weeks past. Please fix this.

Fails to che k me in at times. I then get emails saying failed to check in.

This app will not allow me to chart, will not allow me to correct my time, will not allow me to sign my name at the end of my shift.
