Great idea just needs to actually work, it seems that most files are corrupted so u can't download them to view them. Massively frustrating as my young son loves dinosaurs and was really looking forward to looking around the history museum of London but surprise surprise it didn't download 🤬
not working properly. right eye works when I close my left. blurry on left side. hard to close app, my home button won't appear, I have to lock and unlock my phone to shut it down as the X in the corner doesn't work.
Still Incompatible with DayDream style headsets (including phone based ones). Possibly needs to be recompiled using newer SDKs. Unfortunate, as other cardboard based apps seem to work fine using the DayDream headset. - Pixel 2XL, DayDream headset
Didn't appear to work at all with the realty link, redirected to the app store instead. Not super useful; maybe a bit more testing is needed?
Won't load up. Just a black screen. Tried changing screen resolution as suggested by someone else but it had no effect. Samsung S8
Seems to be just for browsing, not for looking at a virtual tour for which one already knows the url. Disappointing.
How can they release a product that nobody can even open? As everybody else... Black screen and nothing else when I open the app. Samsung Galaxy S9.
Pretty cool. 1. I wish there was an ambient audio to get an audio sense of the place. 2. I'd like to look at houses on the MLS like this.
Still doesn't work with Daydream headsets - disappointing support for recent headsets, especially given their push to virtual tours with CoviD-19
I installed, tried and tried again and again well didn't worked. I when and installed again tried and tried never opened. Does Not worked
cant open the app at all on a modern mobile device launched last year.

All panoramas are not stereo, useless in VR

Nothing loads up. Shame as we were thinking to try Matterport for business. Seems like NO to me since their own app isn't working.

Update: it appears the error was mine... By changing my screen resolution to WQHD+ this VR app now seems to launch and load smoothly... hope this helps all you Samsung Note 8 users ☺️ This App (downloaded from the Canadian App Store) has functioned nicely on my older Samsung Note 3, however, my partner has resently upgraded to a Samsung S8+ and I now use a Samsung Note 8...and we are experiencing a major issue! The app is malfunctioning and won't launch/work on either of our Android Version 7.0 & 7.1.1 based devices respectively! I'm sure our awsome Matterport APK team is working hard to resolve this issue, or maybe I'm just doing something very wrong?? Either way, when our issue is resolved, I will be more than happy to give this App a 🇨🇦⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating 😃
This app is useless. Every time I try to use it, it gets to the point where it tells you to place your phone in the viewer and then just goes back to the Google play store.
I've loaded the app repeadly on my new Sumsung Note 8 and it crashes every time. Please Fix
How can this app even work and I'm using the Samsung S8 plus. Not only that, I launch the app and it force closes/freeze.

Doesn't even tie in with their own 3D scanning app... Such a wasted opportunity to view your own scans in 3D.
This app was great when I downloaded it the first time but now it doesnt work. The screen goes black like it is loading and then it sends me back to the playstore.
Used to work. Now it crashes. Was great when it did. Hopefully they fix what they need to fix.
Really nice for real estate showings. Navigation could be a shorter selection timers.

Just downloaded the app to view houses but it keeps starting and going black then back to Google play store. Am I missing something?
How do I open a VR link I have been sent in the viewer? It just opens in chrome
Almost good. Although their website claims Daydream VR headset support, it really doesn't unless you dumb-down the headset type and set your phone configuration to the Cardboard VR settings. An options menu doesn't seem to change the VR output with different settings. I wanted to see a property using instant transitions and also non-instant but when I switched the option, there was no change to the VR experience. This will be great when they offer full Daydream support!
