Won't open. Keeps saying the app violates a security policy.
I love my bank and the app works well and dose everything you need it to do!
I've used this app before and ever since they changed it up, it's been working and then not working. I've tried to contact the bank about the situation via email, no response that actually fixed the situation. The one lady said, oh you can now call and check your account, she was wrong, I call and apparently it was deactivated for no reason and no one even bothered to explain it to me.
I have used this app for many years now it will not open just keeps kicking me out. Called bank no idea why it is kicking me out. Worked better before they redid the website.
Have app for years now problems. Now ot won't allow me to open it. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times still won't allow me to open. Contacted bank couldn't help me.
It says all information is invalid even though ive been using it for 3 months prior no problem at all worked great, i cant reset the password because once again it cannot confirm my identity however at normal atms no problem and i am in the system.
I can even get it to open on my phone. I did have it on my phone and then for some reason I can't get it back it went away. I can download it but it will not open. I called the bank and they can't figure it out either. And whoever is reading this this is an Android phone
This app often gives me problems. When it does work I like it, and it's easy to use, but what good is that when it often does not work correctly?
Always errors, when it works it great. But it always logs me out, most of the time won't load.
Nice upgrade Mauch Chunk Trust! This Mobile Banking App works great & I love the live updates, push notifications & fingerprint login.
I upgraded to a new phone and after I re-download the app it won't open so I can log in.
It keeps crashing i cant even open it for 2 seconds please fix
I love Mauch Chunk Trust mobile app. It is so nice to be able to deposit checks in the comfort of your home and not have to go to the bank every time
My experience is great but at the current moment something must be going on my app keeps closing.

The app violates security policy and closes. Sure wish my banking app worked. EDIT: As of 04/19/22 The lasted update appears to have fixed this problem for me.
