It locks up every time I go to the "purchase full product", so i can't see most of what there is. Also, i already bought the book, i hope i don't have to buy the full app also but i could not get that far. Update: I'm back from my Maui vacation, we didn't use the app there, but the book was excellent. We used it the whole time we were there.
Extremely buggy. Even installing the app is still problematic at best. Hotel coverage isn't comprehensive (my large chain hotel---not a timeshare--has been open several years and isn't even mentioned). Seems like a pure money grab from a successful book publisher.
I am having the same issue. the content will not download on the app. it starts and then just stops. I am waiting for a response, I emailed both email addresses associated with the app.
I have been trying to complete the download for 2 1/2 days and it still isn't done! My vacation will be over before it completes! Not happy. Like your book though. Wish I had just stuck with the book.
I have the book so I downloaded the app. It cost $18 (so did the book). Deleted the app. Going to use the book. (The book is really solid and I'd give it 5 stars).
I'm having the same issue as Mike, the app stops when I try to purchase it. I'm using an android platform, S8 phone.
I was just charged for this guide a year after our trip. I didn't realize it was an ongoing subscription.
Did not like the layout of app. Not helpful for finding information, not recommended for driving tour
It's the same as the book waste of money I sought it will work for me instead of gps have no idea how this app works no maps for hike or road to hana. No taking it's just to read I wish there is someone who I can ask how this works

Great idea, but just paid $20 for the book and now have to pay an additional $18 for the app. No discounts for those who have the book?..... Don't get me wrong, the book is great! Maybe a monthly subscription? We are on to a different island and a different revealed book, also great! $2 a month VS $17 a year especially if I will probably only need the app for a month at a time. If the app is anything as good as the book, it must be excellent.
