I booked for a female maid since we had guests over the previous night and our kitchen was full of piles of dishes. The maid came who came to my house was very slow so i messaged them on the app and the team was quick enough to send a replacement. My experience went from almost horrible to a very pleasant one. Will definitely be using it again.

I've been using mauqa services for 2 month and have had mixed experiences. On some days, they were very efficient and responsive, but there have been incidents where my scheduled appointments were cancelled an hour b4. There have been maids who ask for tips. I bought their monthly package but don't recommend it now. It's better to pay in cash. The maid I book almost a week in advance is told on last day to have suddenly become unavailable. They have few glitches to sort, otherwise good idea.

To state their service is abysmal is an understatement. Upon selecting one of the available time slots, I received a phone call stating everything is in order. Shortly after i received another phone call asking me to reschedule. i make the necessary arrangements and then they call me stating no one is available. No respect for the customers time. will never consider using this service again

Worst mobile app. The charges are too high. Kindly reciew your pricing strategy according to different areas/locations. Not everyone can afford premium charges. Monthly package is also not economical. My sincere feedback is that you'll face difficulty finding clients with such pricing strategy.

App is buggy, on phone and location marker on website. customer service is operating in isolation and not communicating with workers or other helpline personnel. I had one booking made late then cancelled. Second booking also late, miscommunications, and wrong times given as start.

Service should come with a good customer service too. I have made a booking for ironing service for today 11 am, and there is power cut from 7 am morning in the morning. There is no way I can reschedule the booking, no helpline/CSR I can call. The only option provided is cancellation. This feature should be built-in in the app. Need a lesson or two in business? Pathetic app.

Tried to login on three separate days but i just never get the OTP. At same time, i get OTP for other apps, which suggests that it might not be a network issue. Update: the support team helped.

Its a reliable app that provides helpers on an hourly rate. Once the booking is done and the payment is done in advance through Jazzcash or card, they send the helper on a scheduled time. 2 hours is the minimum booking time. Minor bugs in the app like payment issue through jazzcash. Would be even better if gardening service is also introduced!

Book two days in advance. Planned accordingly as the booking was for a working day. But on the day of booking received a notification that the help you selected for is not available. Had to pay in advance but they refunded my amount as committed. Not trying them again.

I have been a Mauqa user for a while now. The best part about this app is that ot has been continously impoving and getting better (minus a few glitches) and saved me from the pain of calling and booking a helper since i'm an impatient person. Who knew calling help would be that easy!

They were good before covid but now every service for every day and every slot is unavailable, why they have left their app on play store yet? This app should be removed.

This is an honest review of the services that were never delivered. The most unreliable cleaning service available in Pakistan. It is a usual practice for Mauqa Online to charge customers upfront for booking a helper and then informing about unavailability of services just half an hour before the cleaning is supposed to begin. The cherry on top is that they will not offer to provide an alternative till you ask them for it and that too on a web chat service because for some reason, helplines are not cool enough for them. This has become a norm for the Mauqa team to just make last minute cancellations or ask the customer to adjust their availability to the helper's availability they have just found just now, because that's how it works for them Or get a refund. (the refund process is also just bleh) If you can't offer a service, don't commit... just don't! truly disappointed 😡

Haven't seen a worse UI of an app. Not interactive at all. I sign up and they alway say please change your preference, don't even let me change the date. Pathetic experience

Worst app ever I never find an available slot This time I searched on Friday and found Saturday 10 a.m slot. After waiting till 11:30, they canceled and they take charges in advance. No cash option at all. No slot is ever available for current day. Latest two updates are worse.

I heard about the app from a friend and no doubt it is an amazing app. I, myself would like to do some household activities so that i can make some money out of it and help you guys ... Really want this app to grow fast and spread worldwide so that your service is available to everyone

So I gave the service a proper chance and am pleasantly surprised. Customer service is very helpful, and the helper was professional and cleaned really well. I'm a regular patron if the service quality is maintained.

After installing the app they have asked for verification code which was sent through sms. Even after entering that code it does not proceed further. Kindly help in this because of it it's not working.

It's a useless and pathetic service. Tired it for the first time and there is no one available for the service I required. I believe an escorts service will much efficient then this one... Though I never tried one... 😁

Extend your services to every area in Islamabad. Including b-17,d-17, taxila, wah cantt. Many people will use it. Couldn't book a worker because service was not available. UI is nice but backend has issues, crashes sometimes.

very professional service. even though there are few delays in the booking at times but the quality of work always exceeds expectations! :)

Can't even get the verification code. Useless. On writing this the developer asked to contact them by email to generate the code instead of fixing the app for all users.

I have had very professional and nicely behaved helpers. Sometimes the application does not work but the customer service always helps and fixes the problem.

It's good. Very professional service providers..though some of them may bug you to hire them directly. They don't serve in certain areas..this includes Bahria Enclave in Islamabad

It was a life saver ..my cook was on leave and my daughter was arriving with her family. The cook who came was very quick and efficient and managed everything very well.

Had a great experience. Did detail cleaning in given time period. Helper was cooperative and was ready to listen. Must recommended.

Had an amazing cleaner come to my house from Mauqa... Unfortunately I deleted app by mistake and downloaded it again but the app is not working as in it doesn't respond. Please fix this issue.

I did not get this application whenever I needed a helper for cleaning ovral you are doing a great job. But your application can run if you convince the people working on it

Installed this app and never received verification code. Pressed resend and it sent a code half an hour later. Please do not release half baked services it's gonna ruin your original idea with bad user experience.

All they can show is "helper not available" in every slot of the day in any day. Never a slot is being shown to me. Un installing it right away

App crashed. Never even crossed boot up page. Gave it a few tries and then moved on.
