Mauto Pride

Such a sick app this is. I have taken once a ride using this app. Rest all time when ever i tried to book a ride it shows autos are on other ride and try again later. And also the mapping system in app is not user friendly. It really not allowing me to add my usual travel location and not showing the ride navigation. Its just an unfinished startup app, which will piss off people's patience when you use it trying to book for a ride.

Please don't use this app guys.. Seriously.. Better use uber or ola. It collected my wallet money and said I completed ride even when I didn't even get the auto. After that an auto guy came but he got confused of the route because of which the distance increased and payed double the actual amount. I'm so pissed off honestly 😡 1. I lost my wallet money without even riding 2. I paid a lot extra money than actual. 3. The app's interface is so bad n slow Honestly I don't even wanna give 1 star.

I am having a bitter experience with this app.. It shows 3 to 4 autos nearby but when I try to book I get a msg that all autos are busy as of now.. If you have not installed well and good.. If you have installed waste of time and mobile storage

when fetch the location manually in the search bar its not working properly.. its says invalid location if i allow the access for both storage and location acces it s working properly . but y should end user allow to acess the storage access for the app.

Drop point search didn't work, had to move the pin instead. Didn't get a ride because the autos were busy, but showing busy autos in vicinity in the map misleads the customer that there are many available.

this is an usless app, doesn't work in terms of emergency, i suppose they have done only branding alone but not worked on the services. ola app is priced little high but its way far better.

Never get auto even though autos are available. When even i try booking just get the messge, auto are busy try again later on. Even if i schedule for auto for a later time, they never confirm auto. Waste of time with this application.

Today evng i downloaded this app. now wen i opened the app it has shown to update and wen am tryin to update in Google play store there is no such option. so I have uninstalled and installed again. but then it is showing the pop up to update . rectify this issue.

app does not work. destination gets repeated in from and to. customer care support page also crashes. no app related issue complaint option. auto are always not available

Pure waste of time😡.. Seen the ads and downloaded it but for past 7 days not a single ride has been confirmed. If u can't provide autos then go and arrange them first then advertise among customers. Seriously there should be - 5 stars option in playstore to rate time killing and fake apps.Your app is only waste of storage in my phone. UNINSTALLED👎👎👎👎

my first ride with mauto makes me irritating... (when submitting otp... trip has been completed without auto moving) this makes me to stop using mauto & also suggest my friends and relatives to not use m auto. Planned to support the app by stop using ola & uber.... but i cant able to support

Ur map intergation is the worst. Unable to search and selext drop location. Princing is to high compared to peers.

Concept is good. Cost less than uber and ola. Need one improment ie. include total cost. Not force the users to do homework about total cost

It was easy to book and wallet pay is good. Today I am getting error on update I am not able to come out from the screen even after the update.

The drivers are good and drive professional. The only problem is that the app is too complicated for the drivers to use.

I can't sign in. It says "It's seems you don't have an account" in register link. Yes, I don't have one and that's why itried to register. Weired.

I have come to know about the service just now I installed the app. But it is unfortunate that when I opened it, I have only seen the screen of mauto, nothing worked.

I tried to book monthly pick-up and drop-off. but the agents are not serious enough for my concern. better not to install this app and also don't use it.

Worst app.... No autos available for booking.... Very very bad and funny thing is all over Chennai there are zero autos. Downloading this app is waste of time... Uninstalled it since it's only memory killer in my phone... It does not deserve one star ....Garbage app 👎👎👎

very worst, they have put monthly pack, office pack in ad but there is no option like that. fraud app.Also where is W-pride?? it also not showing.very very worst application.

Very costly fare. No more autos. Ride from to end estimate fare does not show. Compare other auto service, it is higher fare

After typing drop location there is nothing on the screen, no options. I cannot proceeed after entering the drop location.

Im trying to login, whenever i get OTP, im going to see inbox for OTP. the app is fully closed. Then how i enter the OTP. Very worst. Pathetic experience

I have installed this app and have never got one ride. At any point of time either in day or night, always the rides are busy. Then why even this app is required 😡

Such a horrible app..am booking more than km, but it keeps asking me to call customer care, if the travel is less than 1km!!

In everywhere publishing ad as ₹40 for 100 kms but i just tried to search price it's too high price. Why such huge difference in price?

Does not work... After selecting the locations it asks for category, but dont see any option to select it. Its a Samsung a7 phone.

App is not good. please work on it. it is too slow and doesn't help on emergencies.

good service. new service and hence drivers are very cordial and good app. keep adding more autos.
