Saves every inspection report on Samsung phones, after awhile the app severely slows down or hangs when you visit that screen. Requires regular clearing of data/cache to regain full functionality. Otherwise everything works as intended!
This app crashes a lot. If it wasn't for the company I am leased onto requiring us to use it, I would not use it. You use up a lot of hours restarting the app.
You know what's worse than a buggy and unreliable app? One with zero support from the company providing the app. I feel sorry for anyone who gets stuck using this steaming pile of an app because their company bought it unknowingly.
There is a messaging feature that any one is free to spam non stop constantly making noise that you can't turn off or opt out of. Also it doesn't detect the truck is in motion half the time.
App crashes constantly non stop. Might work for a couple of days might not.
As a driver I like being able to drive while my logs show sb or off duty. As a company that's being forced to pay for the weekly fees for a tablet this is useless. I've have called and left 10+ messages but never get a call back.
Horrible junk, worst ELD I've used. Full of bugs, completely dependant on its internet connection to work correctly, can't even log into it if the internet connection is unavailable. Prompts for updates while driving and cannot dismiss the prompt, can't acquire location data without internet, crashes and becomes unresponsive constantly especially while editing log entries, etc, etc. Uses a single provider (Sprint) for wifi. Just in general, a really poorly engineered and performing ELD system.
Won't load then slow not very dependable
Overall a decent elog software when it works right but is always glitchy with too many bugs. A few times its caused me to not be able to run because I can't open the app, get my log started right, or it won't let me edit. If they fix these bugs, I'd have absolutely no problem with their software
Horrible app service. Unreliable cannot keep up with daily normal tasks.drivers constantly going into false violations, inaccurate logs, poor GPS service, bugs down frequently, does not actualize load information when drivers are updating their load status. Slows down to a crawl. Drivers constantly calling support and sometimes Maven support does not even know how to fix the issue.
Switched from tab e to a tab a. Much better functionality. Still have to close, clear cache, force stop only once a day. Yesterdays hours only show driving. Not on duty not driving time. Have to go to that days log and manually add it to check proper HOS. Workflow shows time in CST. Even though I'm dispatched and log and deliver in EST.
Very inconsistent, my drivers have constant on/off duty status issues, GPS isnt very accurate and the app will freeze often causing constant cache clearing and restarts. In addition it has difficulty linking to trucks for inspections.
Very easy to use its as simple as ABC, the support team are excellent, they walk you through in every detail. My husband hates electronic but this one was an exemption, He likes it. definitely recommend this ELD.
I love the app, small learning curve but easy to pick up on. for me personally, it works better with a tablet.. and the buttons are large and easy to push.
This has to be the easiest ELD aound. Its all you need for a trucker. SIMPLE STUPID!!!. Im not the best person with electronics but this machine is worth the investment. 30 seconds to hook up and about 5 minutes to understand. That easy. The support was outstanding as well. I will be getting another one soon
I hate this ELD! it's the worst on the market. the Maven support is never there to help you . It throws you on and off duty. When you try to select a duty status it only accept it half the time. What it shows you your end, is different from what it shows on the company's end. everyday is a new update. word of advise.....STAY AWAY FROM THIS ELD
Terrible. I have to restart this app several times a day. It becomes unresponsive then I have to restart it normally twice sometimes once or three times to get it started again.
App crashes constantly and Maven tech support is basically non existent
System is very slow when wanting to change Duty status will automatically put you into drive mode even though you are on on duty or yard move not good or when you value your drive time have to keep checking on the tablet to make sure when I am doing my connections or my pre-trip inspection I'm having to stop what I'm doing to check on the tablet to make sure it has an automatically put me into drive mode when I am doing my pre-trip or my post trip or my mid trip inspection this is some BS
U have to be carfull when changeing duty need to wate 1 min or your driving when off or on duty ,cant fine truck at times same. Problems slow responce from maven no overnite help
Support is excellent. Currently the app is going haywire, moving me from driving to on duty. Called Support and they are working on it.
My mav system has not worked properly since it was installed over a month ago.
Love this app. Very easy to use, and customer support is very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to other. Laubscher Cheese Driver
System is slow . I have to restart the system just to change duty status . Can't drive near near the 11th hour because you don't know how long it will take to change duty status and get off clock.
App is slow freezes and stalls not a good app. Doesn't automatically start drive time. Have to do it manually. ๐คจ
Maven has been great know Problem Fast that's great we had a different company before and when I have To Repair Trucks and it takes longer Manifest and trying to hook up than it does to Repair the Truck that's bad and with Maven it is Fast and easy! Thank you!
Slow, crashes, glitches, goes to the wrong screen, gets stuck, can't look things up, slow to take pics, won't upload pics, etc etc
Wow this app is super duper One of the best apps I have every seen. So happy with it! THANKS MAVEN ๐๐... UPDATE! Just when I didn't think mavens could get any better....There customers service is the ๐ฉ. Thank you for all the effort that customers service provides
very easy to use that is if you understand logbook rules and staff are very helpful anytime I call they help me right away and always polite you feel appreciated as a customer and that's rare these days I highly recommend this company you won't regret it I had a couple of different companies and it was like pulling teeth to get some customer service not with maven they are always there when u need them I would give them five stars but nobody's that good lol
Since working with this App., I have made several suggestions to Maven. They have a long way to go in their development and hopefully will be able to grow their business and expand this program. It is now May 2022 and Maven has worked tirelessly to make changes that both lead the industry and help to advance the Users ease of operations. Not only are these advances useful, they are essential to daily operations. I have stuck with them because promises made, have turned into promises kept.
