Maverik Rewards

Can't make a account. Tried the app, the online mobile version and the desktop site version. All the information has green check marks next to it indicating that everything is correct. When I hit sumbit it just doesn't do anything. I will be uninstalling and getting rid of my nitro card that I never even got to set up. Looking in the reviews I can see this was an issue for many people almost a year ago. Glad to see you guys are on top of it lol. Ridiculous.

The app is ok, but I would not ever recommend the nitro card. It comes out my account immediately which is ok. But then the nitro card reverse then recharge my account. Comes out as u pay. All at once, I see double charges. I yell them then they say it's legit. Only had it a week. Canceled it never get it back again.

So far no issues with the app... it is fairly intuitive and counts your points, let's you apply and use them when they have contests and I like that. The only thing I don't love is when the have a winner after you use your points towards a contest...I would like to be notified that my points didn't win..... so at least I know... I never know when they announce the winners of such contests.

"Cannot create an account". Cannot activate the card even though all the info is correct on the app with green checkmarka when I make an account. Ridiculous.

Tried entering nitro card and it won't let me. When I was entering I got to the end and then I received notice my app needed update. I updated and now I can't do nothing.

I can't get into my nitro card account been trying for a few days now the women who answered the phone said it would work if I did this that didn't work so she said try this again nothing? I got 2 emails that told me to try this and again nothing so how do I know what I owe or what day my payment is due? I don't know how to fix this and seems nobody do?

Multiple account/password reset attempts over several days - finally got it reset, just to get continually unresponsive servers. This app rollout is just a hot frustrating mess. Not what we expected. UPDATE: It appears the squirrels are back on their wheels and powering the servers. Now that I'm actually able to access the app, it works fairly well. thanks.

I updated my App on the upgrade release date but I still can't reset my password. I've received several Maverik Password Reset emails but the email doesn't give me the option to reset my password. I've been a loyal Maverik customer for years . . . maybe that's the problem. My card is old. I'd start all over again but I don't want to lose my points. Everyone that uses a computer knows that the key to EVERY upgrade is to Test, Test, Test before you go live. In my opinion this upgrade was a major fail :(

Cannot login from the app. Wont send emails to reset password. It finally did and still tells me my password is wrong. Not happy with it at all. I think it took a dozen times or more for it to finally send me reset password email and that's how I get on there to spend trail points. App is basically worthless in my opinion.

After the last update, the "spend points" screen does not load into the car (or prize) details screen. Normally this application is very helpful. Edit: over a month and it doesn't work still. I've just been using the online site itself. And now I don't even live near a Maverik, so yeah.

Love Maverik Rewards! Lots of free Bonfire Food items, Drinks, hot and cold, and energy drinks! After 10 of any of these items, I get a free one! Prefect for someone like me that often drinks 1-3 energy drinks a day! That's at least 1 free energy drink a week for me! The savings really do add up!

I want to update my banking information. The app is terrible and the only people I've spoke with are very hard to understand. What a pain.

The app auto updated on my. Had me reset my password and was successful. Now it won't let me log back in. It gives and apology "The sever does not appear to be responding at the moment. Please try again later." I guess I lost all my points I've put in for the drift vs lift contest who knows. Would have been nice if it was left alone. It worked just fine before with never an issue.

The barcode in the app doesn't scan at any register. I still have to use my physical Nitro card to make purchases. Just a little annoying.

Wont let me login or create a new account. looking at the other reviews, looks like this has been a problem for a while. Get it together

The biggest problem with this app and its latest update is that it continually logs you out. Remaining logged in does not seem to be an option. If it is, it must be buried deep in the settings because I can't find it. The app needs a biometric (fingerprint) login or give the option to remain logged in. I would gladly rate this app at 4 or 5 stars when that happens.

I finally installed the app after years of having a Maverik card. BUT after inputting my phone number to pull up my account, I requested a password reset. I'm still waiting for that email--it said it was sent and that's been an hour. I've checked both of my emails and spam folders. NOTHING. I know I've got the right email address because I get emails all of the time from them.

I only get fuel at Maverick! I love the savings I get from the app and the layout is super friendly and easy to use

This mobile app has so many problems. I've had to contact customer service several times to try and redeem points. Ive lost hundreds of trail points. I can go to three different Maverick stores in the same day and each reciept will show three different trail point balances? I used this app to claim points on a gift card and it took 5 months for the gift card to arrive in the mail. They continue telling me to reinstall the app but it never helps. I've finally stopped trying...

I see so many people claiming to be having problems with the app but I have had the app for over 3 years and have never had any problems with it. I had it on both my Android phone and my iphone. I really like that you can use the rewards for cash or items. It is a great app and a great service! However, it would be nice if we were able to accumulate points faster.

I love Maverick! The prices are decent and our truck love to quench it's thirst with the great taste of gas.

I use to have this app on my previous phone, which I had replaced last February. I use to have issues with sign in and app crashes in the middle of a purchase. let's hope that this app works on this new phone. I'll update my review after some time has passed. Now that some time has passed I have more to add. The app works great, but the issue that i have is when I open the app at the Maverik store the app takes a takes several seconds to "checking for updates" then it finally loads.

I absolutely hate Maveriks app and customer service. It would be really nice if you would just put time and a little money into fixing these 2 areas so that it would be easier to set up a new nitro card or make changes to your accounts. I am about to quit because there are so many stupid errors 😒

I miss the old Maverik app. I can't log in! It lets me enter my email, but on the password screen, the login button won't light up to let me click it and sign in! The same issue is on the Maverik website! I want to spend my points SO bad, but I can't since it won't let me in! This is very frustrating. Please fix it!

I can't sign in or out.. I've deleted the app several times reloaded it restarted my phone.. it shows no barcode to scan at registerit shows no options to go into my account change my password or anything..I don't have time to call customer service and sit on hold while they try and fix this problem..time is money and I'm losing both with this new app
