'Scan ticket' option is TERRIBLE. 1. It doesn't adjust focus at all. 2. Doesn't recognize the ticket most of the time. 3. Every second it tries to read barcode without focusing the lens, fails to recognize, and hangs the device for few milliseconds. 4. The haptic feedback vibration after every failed attempt is SOO annoying, since the app rarely recognizes tickets. 5. The device hangs after every second so can't enter barcode number manually either. 6. Manual enter mode doesn't let you paste copied number. The least they could do is 'Touch to refocus & rescan'. This is basics for any app that uses camera!

Worst app ever, It was well until the last update.I lost my credit in my electronic wallet. I'm not sure how or why this happened. I've added my card several times, and each time they charge 1 SAR for doing so, and when we go to pay, nothing happens.

Company is not fair in dealings. Provide no chance of representation. Use unethical tactics. When you visit Makkah or Madina for umara , ziara from a distant city they impound your vehicle by claiming that 6 or in some cases may be more , violated parking, whereas you sometimes don't remember the reason. Once I stopped car as a bus suddenly stopped Infront of me and I gave double indicator but I was fined. In short, yes they are facilitating travelers but still fairness should remain top priorit

The app is so broken, there is no way any user experience testing was ever done when creating this app. It crashes a lot, doesn't accept credit cards saying info is incomplete, while all fields already entered. So bad.

Very complicated App and not a user friendly. I wonder who is the developer behind this app, it's a waist of time to go through the process of registration and then you won't believe how difficult this app to be used. I believe this is way behind AD Government Apps if you would to compare them. Hopefully it will be looked after very soon.

Such a failure ! 👎👎👎 When I tried to make payment, it shows error. But not showing what is the error. I lost a lot of time and ended up parking somewhere else.

Towed away my vehicle from an open land where there was no restriction for parking. App doesn't process the payment. This company is just after looting money by wrong means.

Worst management system, the fine me which one is not belongs to me. it's head on old viycle onwer. They clamp my car even I have valid ticket. After discussing with them, "he told me bring the duplicate car ownership or pay the fine. If you paid now and after bring the car ownership at mawqif office, payment will transfer in your bank account within 3 days" . Now I have almost one month to create ticket. Now, No body attending the phone and there is no any office where to be report.

It doesn't scan the QR code properl. I have to enter the 19 digit ticket number manually. I cannot use the credited amount in the ewalet. I cannot delete my old credit card from the app.

No option available for restoration or reactivation of lost pin of Wallet. I sent email to them, but their inbox always full and it never reached there. I tried to get help on the website using " contact us" , but it did not work.

Awful. Wont accept SMS or MMS pay messages. QR code constantly says 'invalid code', no matter which phone we use. E-wallet has more than enough to pay for parking but never works. Absolute rubbish app. Bring back parking machines. Use a technology that works.

How come I can't chose the amount to reload? Why it's only multiplication of 50? Why can't I add smaller amount as per my need and capabilities? And why there is no refund? What if I want to stop using the app for any reason? and still there is credit, I have to let it go, regardless how big is the amount in the credit? This is not fair!!!!

Horrible application you have to jump loops to do the most basic things. and the UI is not intuitive at all.

It is a horrible new version , i still have just over 40 SR in balance , paying using the app is a nightmare . Now i have to go the traditional way with coins to a parking meter to pay.

I booked a parking in Madina and payed through the app..and parked the car in desired number which i chose from the app.. With 10 mins my car was clamped and fined 150 riyals. Stating that they have prohibited parking there in some slots..if at all it was prohibited. Why was the parking number written there and why is the app still approving the slot..This is complete hulliganism..draining our money without no logocal reason..

When scanning the ticket, The app do not deduct from wallet, always take to the card payment. What's the use of wallet ? The payment stuck in wallet.

They fined me outside of the hospital due to wrong display of parking token, however it was clearly displayed at the top of the switch board,, they attached a blue picture with fine taken as a justification,,,, I was 10 minutes delayed in hospital so basically the reason should be overstay, but they intentionally fined me with wrong display

You can not do direct payment. First need to add wallet then you can pay. Even though the payment process is more complex.

I am a customer of mawafiq, I have my ewallet. And there was amount in my ewallet. I was fined and given 100 raiyals fine and my car, which is registered with mawafiq, was clamped. I was shocked by all this because I couldn't update my stat period which I booked for one hour and due ti some reason I couldn't update it for next hour. The most pathetic thing is my ewallet could have been charged for next hour. Like what big software mawafiq needs to update such things, to charge the customer.

They withdraw an amount of 5.75 SAR through their self payment machine. Afterwards, a printed receipt was issued saying that the payment succeeded. Nevertheless, when I reached to the exit I scanned the barcode the machine didn't accept it. For a 20 minutes I payed (1 hr 5.75) and for another hour as a system error (11.5)SAR

The worst app ever, it doesn't even deserve a star. I swear to God the old version is better than this ***** version. 15 min for me trying to book a park. For God sake Make it easy to use so that we book quickly and we don't take a long time to book and during that time you get a violation,, make easy

One of the worst apps I have ever seen, it is so complicated that you think that they are going to pay you, not the other way around. Now, I could create an e-walet but I am unable to reload it.

It served fair and using it often instead of machine, suggest to have a notification option whenever having an holiday, I am living in city and having free parking sometimes is a perks.

it is not user friendly... also the reload can only be done with credit card... Sadad must also be an option... further most of the parking machine donot take currency notes... coins are not always available....

If app is friendly as a minimum requirement it must support for registering permit holder stickers..., to know the parking hours status.. Etc.. Now for permit holder stickers you need to visit direct and wait for 6 months without any respond... Very bad..
