This app is by far better than most Luxury brands app, I have used it severally without a single fault. Customer service is topnotch and delivery process as as the speed of light. Their offers are always mouth watering, and lastly the application is easy to navigate.
I love to shop online but recently too many bugs. Everytime i search something and when my mobile screen is off and i turn on monile again so the page i was shopping on is gone and i am back on the main menu. I really hate that. Thanx the issue has been fixed and I can shop easily now.
I had two orders on 23 April and it was to be delivered on 24 April. I have not received the orders yet. I had made several follow-ups. I even locked a complaint. No use yet. Receive message stating your order is out for delivery every morning and in the night another message that "we missed u" and cause - most of the time is "customer no response". But never received any call from the delivery person. Appreciate if this could be looked into at the earliest.
Horrible experice with all Landmark group shopping apps. They are extremely slow like turtle 🐢, while adding the products into ur cart, wishlist or browsing. The products get disappread from ur cart and wishlist. IF YOU WANT DELIVERY ASAP DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS APP!!! Terrible terrible service! They advertise next day delivery it's been 4 days and after continuous follow ups STILL delivery was not sent out. Tracker is updating false info saying we did not answer call, we rescheduled where as not even 1 call was received. And they informed everday we'll recieve item by MIDNIGHT! LIKE WHO DELIVERS THING IN MIDNIGHT?? BUT WE STILL WAITED NOTHING WAS DELIVERED EVEN THOUGH AFTER THE WAIT! POOR SERVICE!!!!
Please don't order anything with this app. Such a useless app. I ordered 20 days before, still I didn't get back my order. I can't able to cancel the order also. The customer care says it's technical issue they will resolve asap. But until now it's not solved. Don't loose your money with this fraud max people please. They won't deliver your gooda or refund your money. be careful with this frauds.

It's just a fraud app to those who love there money don't waste time with this app,, I ordered my clothes till now I have not yet received them and to make matters worse there even no communication to let you know if there's a delay somewhere,,, so please for online shopping you better try other apps
useless app would recommend not to use it. I placed my order via the app and was supposed to collect it from the local branch since I was traveling i visited the branch for 3 days in a row and the order was never ready for collection, at the 8th day got the sms for collection but was in vain as I already travelled.
good application. but still need to be updated with the latest products available in store. Easy to use and choose,but some items size aren't clear , need to be added and guided.
I am trying to download the app since yesterday but it is not loading though my internet connection speed is great. Edit: it is now working fine. It is a great app with lots of offers. Thank you for replying 🌷
It's too slow to load . Also when checking, press back from favourites it should reach back to same item not to first item in list .thirdly ,pls provide a whatsapp number for communication. Thanks

Pathetic experience: 1-day delivery is just a havoc to trap the consumer. My next day delivery was out for delivery on second day of delivery commitment and then it never reached me. Instead, I got the order delivered notification wherein I hadn't received even a part of it. Money has been taken already. As per Max, they have raised complaint to their unknown, non-existent shipping partner and are waiting for their response, which will take 24-48 hours, and I have a flight to catch tonight.
I never see this kind of application, there no cancel option, also offering same day delivery with 5 aed, and the after 4 days there is no delivery, when I called customer Support they can't able to cancel also. I need to wait 2 more days

Every time I order ,my order is confirmed and placed and next day I receive message one item is cancelled due to unavoidable reasons .apologies. After the confirmation of order how can they say like that.very disappointed

Full of bugs, not able to buy a thing. After adding things in the basket not able to buy because it's still showing empty.
Terrible experience shopping with max online. This is my first and last time using the max app. Once you return any item you get shocked by the terms and conditions for online return. I received a refund voucher with the whole amount, but I can only use it once ,on a single transaction or the remaining balance will be deducted if I dont. It is my money and balance, I should be able to use it as many times as I wish as i'm buying from any max branch. Dont waste your time and money on this app.
I ordered and already paid. I chose the click and collect option. 2 days and still they didnt contacted me for my orders

This app used to work perfectly but sometimes slow but lately it won't open at all, all I see is the logo even the other apps like Max, home box won't open and even tried uninstalling and re-installing but still won't work
Disaster!!! Items were returned to the warehouse because the courier cannot contact me. The process of refunding payment was so frustrating it took forever to receive the refund and i also had to contact multiple customer reps for assistance but no one was able to help. So poor customer service and a very bad experience.
I would never order from app again...they just take the order but do not pay heed towards delivering it on time...10 days still haven't received my order...
All your items very nice and cheaper ,,but so very nice product..and approachable all staff specially filipina ladies.
The app is slow... And biggest problem is that after opening it via a notification, no matter whatever you are browsing, if your phone is locked then it goes to same notification after unlocking and opening the app again.. this gets frustrating sometimes.. because item you are viewing is now lost and you have to scroll through 100 of items again to get that one..
